“Someone recommended I come here and try some of the pre-made specialties. It is a small place, but there is no lack in options. Everything really just looked so good, I picked out a few things for me and my son. I picked up some Chicken francese and chicken Marsala, some marinated artichokes and some seafood salad. “Totally agree about the kielbasa as the best. Love the rye bread they get from Brooklyn, it reminds me of the Jewish Rye from a bakery in Perth Amboy as a kid. I am 71 years old thus had great Eastern European ethnic food from Perth Amboy. Now for Christmas 2025 my manicurist from Poland said to get the herring from Stas. We normally make our own but I decided to try their own in oil, OMG, so good BUT I also bought the Lowell brand in vinegar as my dad used to make and we continued. EXCELLENT as well. I live in Hamilton so a good 45 mins away but soo worth it.“

It was our first time and they acknowledged that by throwing in a free brownie to our order! Their subs were fresh, hot and delicious. My husband said it was the best chicken cutlet sub he ever had. I made the mistake of thinking their philly cheesesteak chipotle sauce was bland and not much kick like Jersey Mike's so I ordered it. Wrong as hell. That thang is spicy! “In addition to the regular or special request for a sandwich, the service is exemplary. Recently I had an evening fishing trip and ordered at noon a large sub but asked that half be wrapped for lunch and half be separated so I could put that half in my cooler. The latter half was not only wrapped in paper but double wrapped in plastic wrap so the sandwich would not get wet in a cooler! And the seasoned oil/vinegar placed in a sealed cup to be added later. Look at the meats and sides in the refrigerator and you recognize everything is fresh.“

“Have been loving this place since they changed owners last year. The new, Peruvian dishes are incredible. The arroz chaufa is sooo tasty. Their daily specials are super quick to grab during my lunch break.

Their meat selection is amazing, great cheeses, yogurts, home cooked food that makes great easy to heat up dinners, lots of polish sweets & breads. Not to mention the prices are great. My kids love their hot dogs and kabanosy francuskie (a polish slim Jim). They make great easy lunches for toddlers because I pair them up with a string cheese and a cut up fruit and my kids eat everything, well I pay $4 per pack at a store near me, but $2 per pack at Polonez Deli. Also, today I bought so much stuff that I couldn’t even carry it all and hold my daughters hand, especially since I should be on bedrest( 7 months pregnant) and despite the fact that they were extremely busy, they had one of the workers carry my stuff to the car for me. “This is a specialty Polish market and I went there specifically to get a dish for Christmas Eve. (It was my first time there, because I was looking for a certain dish) The line for their fresh cut meats & cold cuts was the entire length of the store, so it must be good. It is not a dine-in place. The store looked well-kept & clean. The refrigerated cases were shining and full. I will certainly return in the future.“
