And we felt just as taken care of (they just didn't know our names or favorite items). They were also very fast getting the food out. Great stop if you're in the area!“

“We were in the area and stopped for a late lunch at the Park Wood Diner. I felt like a burger and ordered the blue burger supreme. Was not impressed as the burger was well done and not by order of medium. The burger itself was not seasoned so a bit disappointing. Decided to have dessert and ordered a slice of plain cheesecake and it was delicious. I would recommend it highly. My wife ordered the chocolate cream pie which was also delicious.“

Food , and coffee was superb. 100 % recommended. From Clifton to Summit for Tick Tock route 3 is no longer the best in my area. I love Diners so I needed to try this one even if it meant taking the ride to visit a small town vibe. A must visit my followers.“

“Good place to eat, located on the main street in the city of Maplewood. Outside there are several tables and chairs to sit in the summer. The atmosphere is good and the service too. The food served is satisfactory to the customer's taste.“

“We arrived around 5:00 PM on a Thursday. We were the only customers so there was parking on the street and plenty of parking in the back lot. Looking from the outside, this diner has a very nostalgic feel to it.The cook greeted us when we walked in and took our orders immediately. We each ordered the lunch special that consisted of 2 Texas weiners (with everything on it), fries, and a can of soda at a decent price of $12. The food was ready in about 5 minutes and the texas weiners were great! The atmosphere was quiet during the time we went, making it slightly awkward while we were eating, but the experience was great nonetheless.We will definitely come here again!“

The menu is vast, breakfast served all day, good prices, and really amazing staff (Julia is astonishing!) We ended up eating at least one meal here, with few exceptions, every day while we were in town (2 1/2 weeks!) We trained almost everything on the menu at least once and can say that the Chicken Marsala, pancakes, and pot roast were my favorite. Also, be sure to save room for dessert because the cheesecake is easily in my top three ever! Don't hesitate to stop here anytime! You won't regret it!“

“We visited the Park Ave Diner as part of the Somerset Patriots fun diner passport event. We’re almost done, with 2 to go!!
We were welcomed and shown a table right away, our waitress was friendly and attentive. The food came out fast, fresh and hot. There’s a large menu, with lots of choices, including healthy ones (and fun drinks!).
The diner is accessible ♿️, with ramps and lots of room between tables. Plenty of parking. Young people near our table were respected and well served!
Beautiful cakes and baked goods.
