I had patronised this establishment many times, even before the pandemic, but have noticed a decline in service: the last couple of times I stopped by, I could not get what I wanted. Today, I stopped by shortly after 10 am, so nowhere near closing, but was told that espresso drinks weren't available (at least the second time this has happened). On a prior occasion, they didn't have bagels, though they always advertise them.
Giving them a pass from now on.

Great homemade food, super nice service. Great catering.

Food here is amazing and great prices! Staff is also super friendly and service is great. Super quick and easy walk from penn station if you need food and don’t want to be in the station!
