About Casiano's Italian Specialties

Casiano's Italian Specialties is a restaurant located in the Newark Airport. The food options are somewhat limited and overpriced, but this establishment is still considered one of the better options available. Casiano's offers sandwiches, such as pastrami, turkey, and meatball, with a variety of sides. The sandwiches are made with care and attention to detail. One customer praised the meatball sub, calling it one of the best they had ever eaten, with at least four giant meatballs that satisfied their hunger. Another reviewer mentioned that Patty, the staff, was thoughtful and quick in preparing a delicious sub, noting that the service was efficient and friendly. The restaurant has a decent ambiance with nice storefronts and is a convenient choice for those looking for a quick pick-up near the airport gates, despite the quick, cafeteria-style service. While it may not be the ultimate Italian deli experience, Casiano's remains a popular and reliable spot for a satisfying meal on the go.

So, each time i eat at an Italian place or a sandwich shop , I usually get the meatballs . This place has one of the best meatball subs i've eaten in my life. The sandwich came with at least 4 giant meatballs , I ate half and i was full . The other half i ate in Porto Portugal. It's too bad , I couldn't find this place anywhere else. I am literally dreaming of this sandwich.

I have shown the best and worst pictures of my sandwich. I am not full and cannot believe I spent over $20 on such a sad sandwich. Any sort of fast food is better spent. Also, they ran out of mayo. A worker let me beforehand, which I appreciated.

We ordered food at the self serve kiosk and no one was behind the counter for 15 mins. The worker came back out and saw there were ordered and started screaming cuss words, throwing food around and making the food slow on purpose so others wouldnt order. Never got our food after 30 mins and had to leave
