The cake was gorgeous, tasted amazing and was incredibly light- not overly sweet or heavy. Clio was so helpful in answering any questions I had before ordering and the prices are on par with other local bakeries, if not a bit cheaper.

You taste the quality of the ingredients and the love they put while cooking them. The fact that Carrie was answering me while the business is close is a sign that she’s passionate and that she care about her client. Must be a domestically made coffee. Wish they would use a true Italian espresso like Illy at the least. Other than that I'll be back.“

“Steph’s Baking Boutique was recommended from a local page. I am from out of the area, but needed to order a cake for my sister-in-law’s baby shower. This was a perfect recommendation! Steph did a fantastic job, the cake was delicious and we ordered cupcakes in another flavor to accompany the cake. I had sent her some ideas and photos and she went above and beyond. For the toppers of the cupcakes I thought she would just do an icing decoration, but she added sugar cookies and they came out so cute and complimented our theme perfectly! Thank you again!“

I called a 11 ice cream cake shops in the area only to be told that it was impossible without the right mold. One place even asked me to order a mold for them and they would see if they could make the cake but wanted to charge double for the effort. I randomly found this Carvel in Hackensack and after explaining what I wanted, one of the staff members brainstormed ways to make the cake come to life. I sent them a picture and out came the best rocket ship ice cream cake that anyone had ever eaten! The cake looked beautiful, tasted delicious and most importantly, my child was super happy.
