“Went to the brand new Houston location and things are a bit rocky with staffing and supplies but I want to brag on your employee CAMILLA ! We came from NC and after visiting Puerto Rico several times I was so excited for this experience! She was so patient with us! Answered all our questions with a very helpful and cheerful attitude even tho she was drowning in drink orders! With only one other helper, she never showed any frustration and provided excellent above and beyond customer service! The cashier with her was brand new and super sweet as well! Camilla even gave me a hug when we left! She made my whole morning! And gave us the absolute best breakfast recommendation as well! Thank u so much Camilla for your grace and kindness this morning. U had no idea that my Morning started out so crappy, and your sweet personality and loving spirit really turned my day around and the tres leches latte was AMAZING 🙌🏼🩷💯 yall go see them and be patient …..it’s worth the wait ❤️ side note… the whole place is decorated beautifully! “From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely cared for. This was my first time visiting, and the experience completely exceeded my expectations. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing, but what truly stood out was the level of attention and thoughtfulness we received. Being noticed and having the spelling of my name acknowledged made me feel seen and valued as a guest.

Ariana deserves special recognition—she went above and beyond by customizing both coquito lattes to accommodate my sister’s and my health issues, *without sacrificing flavor at all*. They were hands-down some of the best drinks we’ve had. Her knowledge, care, and exceptional customer service made this experience unforgettable. If anyone deserves a promotion, it’s Ariana!

“Very nice place! Their espresso comes in a wooden cup, and they have the unique offering of rum-infused coffee beans. I found this espresso shot a little under-extracted and sour, but the fragrance and tactile wooden cup enhanced the experience.“

We started with the beef empanadas, which were fried to a flawless, shatteringly crisp golden brown. For the main event, the skirt steak was incredibly juicy, tender, and packed with authentic Argentine flavor—especially when paired with their vibrant chimichurri. But the cafe itself needs a bit of housecleaning. So many flies just hovering inside and the cafe needs some bg music and might help with overall liveliness of the decor.“

“I had the pleasure to eat at Konoz. It is a clean and neat restaurant. The owner is friendly and pleasant. I asked him what he recommended and I placed the order to eat inside. The meat was tender and tasty, the salad was a good portion and trifongo was delicious. I chatted briefly with the owner. It’s a place I would go again when in the area.“

“Went at 3pm on a Saturday and it wasn’t too packed. The food was good. Service wasn’t the best. Server didn’t come to ask for our order until we flagged her down. Once we ordered we got our order in a reasonable time. At some point the table next to us was extremely loud which was annoying. Overall we enjoyed the food.“

“El Ranchero is my favorite taqueria in the bayshore. The tacos are the best in the area and the mole is delicious. The food is fresh and the service is fantastic. I recommend this to anyone! “My one stop shop! Anytime I am in the area I make sure to always swing by for my juice or a snack. You have all the options you could desire while still keeping it nice and healthy. From the amazing avocado toast (never gets old my fav) , to a Cesar wrap and oh let’s not forget their Açaí Bowls!!!! I order from here all the time but try to get it early because there always super busy. Never had a bad experience here and the staff is always on point. I was able to just drive up this week and saw they are indeed still open, so I am revising my review to account for their tasty eats. I finally got my birria empanadas, and I'm pleased. :)Initial Review:I placed an order online 2 weeks ago, but when I went to pick it up the place was completely closed. I called and called some more but no one ever picked up the phone. Now the phone is disconnected. I think it's safe to say I'm not getting those empanadas. :(The order online option is still totally active too which feels a bit scammy to me.“

“Super awesome lunch spot! Came in after seeing the meal deals they have, they’ve got some great options like the 2 or 3 empanada with a drink deals, I personally got the sandwich meal with the drink and fries. Super good price! I got the turkey blt and it was so delicious, and the fries were also super yummy! The man at the front who took my order and brought my food was extremely nice and welcoming!

Very cozy inside, they have a good little seating arrangement and a TV playing random news or whatever is put on for entertainment. Great vibe!
