We came from NC and after visiting Puerto Rico several times I was so excited for this experience! She was so patient with us! Answered all our questions with a very helpful and cheerful attitude even tho she was drowning in drink orders! With only one other helper, she never showed any frustration and provided excellent above and beyond customer service! The cashier with her was brand new and super sweet as well! Camilla even gave me a hug when we left! She made my whole morning! And gave us the absolute best breakfast recommendation as well! Thank u so much Camilla for your grace and kindness this morning. U had no idea that my Morning started out so crappy, and your sweet personality and loving spirit really turned my day around and the tres leches latte was AMAZING 🙌🏼🩷💯 yall go see them and be patient …..it’s worth the wait ❤️ side note… the whole place is decorated beautifully! “From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely cared for. This was my first time visiting, and the experience completely exceeded my expectations. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing, but what truly stood out was the level of attention and thoughtfulness we received. Being noticed and having the spelling of my name acknowledged made me feel seen and valued as a guest.

Ariana deserves special recognition—she went above and beyond by customizing both coquito lattes to accommodate my sister’s and my health issues, *without sacrificing flavor at all*. They were hands-down some of the best drinks we’ve had. Her knowledge, care, and exceptional customer service made this experience unforgettable. If anyone deserves a promotion, it’s Ariana!

“Very nice place! Their espresso comes in a wooden cup, and they have the unique offering of rum-infused coffee beans. I found this espresso shot a little under-extracted and sour, but the fragrance and tactile wooden cup enhanced the experience.“

“An absolute must-visit for steak lovers in NYC! The moment you walk into Palermo Argentinian Bistro, the cozy, rustic atmosphere sets the perfect mood. We started with the beef empanadas, which were fried to a flawless, shatteringly crisp golden brown. For the main event, the skirt steak was incredibly juicy, tender, and packed with authentic Argentine flavor—especially when paired with their vibrant chimichurri. Service was fast and welcoming, and the wine selection perfectly complemented the meal. Don't sleep on the flan with dulce de leche for dessert. I will absolutely be back!“

“Okay nothing was wrong with the coffee it was a 10/10 iced horchata latte with oat milk and the coffee kicked!
But the cafe itself needs a bit of housecleaning. So many flies just hovering inside and the cafe needs some bg music and might help with overall liveliness of the decor.“

“Went at 3pm on a Saturday and it wasn’t too packed. The food was good. Service wasn’t the best. Server didn’t come to ask for our order until we flagged her down. Once we ordered we got our order in a reasonable time. At some point the table next to us was extremely loud which was annoying. Overall we enjoyed the food.“

“Ordered 5 tacos, very yummy. Just don't understand why it asks what sauce you want per taco to then completely ignore it, CONSTANTLY. If you don't want to give the sauce just don't offer it, sending other sauces instead, which weren't wanted, end up being thrown in the trash.“

“I used to eat here before with old management and now the ambient and our waiter was so nice, he suggested as the steak chopped and it was fabulous we ate twice! We loved the specials rice ball staffed with broccoli! Now its became one of my favourite spot here for Italian and Argentinian food!“

“Super awesome lunch spot! Came in after seeing the meal deals they have, they’ve got some great options like the 2 or 3 empanada with a drink deals, I personally got the sandwich meal with the drink and fries. Super good price! I got the turkey blt and it was so delicious, and the fries were also super yummy! The man at the front who took my order and brought my food was extremely nice and welcoming!

Very cozy inside, they have a good little seating arrangement and a TV playing random news or whatever is put on for entertainment. Great vibe!

“This is the best smoothie place hands down. You need to get your smoothie done by a girl, not a guy. Preferably the chunky girl.They make it perfect. Not too liquidated, just perfect frothy texture. Anytime I cheat on this place I’m like why did I do it? And they make the beeestttt empanadas. Not too oily , just perfectly cooked. I love this place. And thank god I don’t live near because I would easily weigh 600 pounds.“

“Another fantastic lunch at Sophie's Cuban in Tribeca! The baked chicken entree is my favorite - nicely seasoned, tender, and flavorful. It comes with generous portions of sides that complement the dish beautifully. The casual, welcoming atmosphere makes it a great spot for a quick lunch or leisurely meal. Service is always friendly and efficient. Sophie's continues to deliver authentic Cuban flavors that keep me coming back. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!“

“Great for lunch! If you live in the area, it's well worth stopping by for a humble yet filling and delicious plate of protein, beans, and rice. Their pernil (roast pork) was excellent; soft yet not falling apart with a delicious piece of crispy skin. The black beans came in a light sauce of their own seasoning, which was a good accompaniment. The price for what you get is very good for lunch and had excellent value! I'm looking forward to coming back and trying their other dishes.

There are a couple tables inside but this is a classic hole in the wall gem.
