“I went on Monday looking for a certain hello kitty toy my niece wanted & Seria was just amazing. Her customer service was the BEST I’ve ever experienced with a fast food worker. She was sweet, super positive and just good to be around, we need more people like her working in that type of industry! She made my experience so pleasant & looked through I don’t know how many boxes with a SMILE on her face just to find the specific toy I needed. 10/10 customer service !! “I have went here like thousand times, cutting 1 star for bad service. If I ask them about my order even if its right on their shelfs they don’t give it. I have to wait n after 5-10 mins they give me. Got to have patience.
