“For a $1000 meal I expect flawless service and unfortunately that was not the case. Drinks ordered during dinner arrived while eating desert. Two times they brought over the wrong drinks and one order they completely forgot.. Also when waiter brings over food he should know who ordered what and not have to ask again. Food was good but service needs improvement if those are the prices you will be charging.“

“extremely generous portions and fresh ingredients at Hummus Republic. honestly i always get the same thing but it never disappoints - lemon chicken is tasty and the garlic jalapeño tahini is a little spicy so it’s a nice touch. the bowl is huge and stuffed to the brim every time - it lasts me for basically two meals and it’s affordable considering how much food you get (about $15 depending if you add any extras). they also have self-service lemonade - the pomegranate and mango lemonade mix is delicious!“

“Best pizza in New Jersey! I’m honestly surprised Dave Portnoy hasn’t come to rate this place a 10. Their pizza is incredibly crispy, and the ingredients are simple but high quality. They’re always making different pies throughout the day, so there’s always something fresh and delicious coming out.

The customer service is impeccable. I’m not from New Jersey, but every time I walk in, they treat me like family. They also have a great lunch special—two slices of any kind. I usually go for the vodka cheese and a pepperoni slice, and it never disappoints. Oh, and you have to try the sugar-free cream soda—it’s so good!

“Wow! The dining room is awesome. Ordered Pineapple fried rice and the dish was nicely presented actually in the pineapple shell. They made it medium heat and brought the chili sauce for me to burn as much as I wanted. All the veggies and meats were chopped, cooked and packed into the pineapple. Definitely my most interesting presentation and is probably one of the best Thai dishes I have ever had! Short time in area but I will go back several times before I leave. And the service/server was attentive, fast and very friendly!“

“Dosa Grill has hands down the best Indian food in the Syracuse area. As soon as you enter, you begin enjoying the rich aromas and friendly atmosphere. All their dishes are perfectly seasoned and carefully prepared. The buffet is extensive, with many of my favorites. We have been return customers there since it opened and I can honestly say it contributes to our quality of life.“

“Food is always good, people are friendly the only problem I had is outside of this. Today when I paid I used my debit card instead of paying cash like I have every other time this was around 12:15pm today. The employee made a big deal about it being a NASA Card (my mom worked at Nasa & I have had an account there since 10th grade) By 1:30pm someone had attempted to use my card for a $1,339 AT&T purchase that was declined three times then used some Delta D account to charge $799.60 and unfortunately the second attempt work. I just came from the location and and all I had was smoke blown up my but. Either an employee or patron did something and they have a camera inside the store but was told the owner has the key. If the owner would just let me know when he will be there I will show up and we can handle this like gentlemen. I have been going to this place for over 5 years and work near by. For the record the card has been cancelled and NASA is tracking where charges are being attempted from. Paul“

“Ate here twice in the past week on the way from Boston to Maryland and back. First night was on. Tuesday after 9:00 pm. Service could not have been more courteous, didn’t rush us at all, and had wonderful”diner fare” Turkey dinner and fish & chips. Liked it so much we routes aiurneeturn trip to stop here for dinner on the way back. Great open-faced roast beef, another fish & chips, and the “]waitress special”- grilled cheese with tomato and bacon. Service again was great , food very filling and tasty. “Best grandma pizza that I have ever had and I eat alot of pizza! Nice crunchy crust, delicious pizza sauce on top of a nice bed of mozzarella. If I don't get the grandma pie then I go for the grilled chicken on foccacia. Their Focaccia bread is out of this world. After I'm done eating I always wish I ordered a second panini it is really that good. Highly recommend this restaurant.“

My boyfriend tried this place for this first time and I told him it was the best pizza place he will ever eat at and he didn’t believe me. “I had the most incredible dining experience at Sakura last night! From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere greeted me. “I am writing in response to the review posted by Melanie De Gardnuer earlier today. I was present at the store as a customer buying dinner for my family at the time when she was there. The store manager I witnessed was purely professional and accommodating -- he delivered commendable service. The most "blasphemous" thing I witnessed was the manager holding open a plastic bag for her drink while the customer fumbled with her change; when she saw him doing so, she rudely questioned why, and he gently shared that it was for her drink. The fellow customer sat down with some of her food while waiting for the remainder, and began eating it in the seating area that had been shut down because of the pandemic. The manager never once raised his voice and very reasonably conveyed that the area was closed due to COVID-19 store policy, and that unfortunately, she was not supposed to eat there. The tantrum she threw at him in front of his employees was unacceptable and undeserved. Given that she threatened to write a Google review, I decided to check. The content is false and wholly 'Karen' behavior. Hope everyone is safe and well during this time.“
