“We had a surprise 50th birthday party for my sister in law and got our cake, cookies, and pastries from Rispoli’s Pastry Shop in Hawthorne. The cake was tremendous and everything was outstanding. “Waited was annoyed by everything going on. presented his dis pleasure well to us. All the food was fabulous, but my Swordfish and my wife's had a Cyanne pepper Kick. It hit you when you took a bite of the fish and stayed with you. I had to drink water after every bite. i have been here many times and never had this happen. I tried to tell the waited but he wouldn't give me the time of day and the last thing for 5 of us he added 15% to the bill clearly marked tip. with the space empty for me to fill in more. NOT ever seen that. A great place that the management needs to take a serious Look at.“

“Steph’s Baking Boutique was recommended from a local page. I am from out of the area, but needed to order a cake for my sister-in-law’s baby shower. This was a perfect recommendation! Steph did a fantastic job, the cake was delicious and we ordered cupcakes in another flavor to accompany the cake. I had sent her some ideas and photos and she went above and beyond. For the toppers of the cupcakes I thought she would just do an icing decoration, but she added sugar cookies and they came out so cute and complimented our theme perfectly! Thank you again!“

“Tried the USR location this morning as it's located around the corner from my office. Front staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful with assisting me to navigate options as a first time visitor. There was no line and I quickly received my to-go order. The ham, egg, and cheese croissant was delicious- fluffy and flaky, not at all greasy, and the perfect cheese pull. Can't wait to return to try desserts and coffee!“

“I e cream is great, nice building and atmosphere, rude pretentious staff. I came with a 2 year old, she needed a diaper change, they told me the restrooms were closed to customers and only for staff. I got my little girl her ice cream and a guy who appeared to be a manager told us to get out because they dont allow indoor seating. it's a shame because the ice cream is great and it's a great location“

“One of my favorite locations to get me some Cold Stone Creamery treats. My mother and I had a ice cream date to try their new “Cinna Roll Bliss”……OMG, Defreakinglicious. It was a beautiful night, we found parking right near the store and it was empty. It got packed as soon as we made our purchase. This location is clean, has a cute vibe and the staff are the sweetest. Looking forward to trying their pumpkin flavor.

Our and your bakery has never failed any of the city inspections since their first visit and we have never had to close our business for health reasons. As merchants we know that the competition uses these means to throw garbage at the reputation of its most successful competitors and that is unfair competition.
