“For Valentine's Day weekend, my wife and I dined at the historical and exquisite Knife & Fork Inn on Friday, 2.13.26, since the 14th was totally booked. It was her first time there and mine since childhood. The menu was so extensive that it made it a bit of a welcoming challenge to focus on a particular choice. For starters, our huge portion of the Corn & Crab Chowder was the best that we have ever had and the Artisanal Cheese Plate was delectably wide-ranging. My wife loved the Halibut and my Bone-In Pork Chop was superb. Our cordial and diligent waiter, Carmen, who took service to the next level, suggested the Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert and we were very glad that he did as it was perfectly sized to share! Before we arrived, I mentioned to my wife that this would be a top dining experience and it was more than that with the historical ambiance, service and the spectacular menu options. We will definitely be back to try some more of their varied cuisine!“

“Kristian was our server tonight. And what a lovely personable, accommodating young man.bi had left over which he politely asked if he could package it for me. When it came to dessert time I am on a medical diet and there was nothing that I could have. I asked him if he had fruit. He gave my son his wonderful chocolate Gnache cake and brought me a cup of fresh strawberries and blueberries. He always had a smile and did a great job and is an asset to the Tuckahoe Inn.“

“I would advise anyone to avoid this place,I visited with my brother,we ordered two gyros,one fries and buffalo wings,two beers and two shots of tequila,the gyros were $14.95 each,buffalo wings $9.95 fries $5.50,that was reasonable but then we were charged $40 luxury tax,which we didn't know about,a 18% gratitude tip,which was mandatory,then our two shots which came in a plastic glass costed an unbelievable $13.95 each,which wasn't showing a price,otherwise i wouldn't of bought them,so in total our bill came to $110 ,which is in my mind very expensive for our experience, I don't know if it was because we were English tourists, but I've never heard of a luxury tax in basically i cabin,so my advise is stay away and if your stupid enough to visit,ask about the hidden charges,I would never visit this place again ever if I was desperate.“

“When I decided to go there it didn't have much expectations. I just saw it on Google maps and wanted to check it out.
They offer a variety of authentic German beer. The food is mostly more German inspired than authentic, but the Bavarian Pretzel is actually very authentic.
The staff is super nice. I recommend checking the place out if you're ever in the area“

“I’ve heard about Nola’s from many people since it opened. It was Ocean’s version of Borgata’s Gypsy Bar. The problem is it wasn’t as good. But that doesn’t matter anymore since Borgata decided to close the best live music bar in Atlantic City. My daughter and her BF took us to Nola’s. It was a great night. Good drinks, nice atmosphere, great music with a good dance floor.

I guess one of the things that made Gypsy better was half the venue wasn’t reserve areas like Nola’s. Groups could reserve an area and it would be roped off but if no one reserved it then it was open to everyone. On this night all of the reserved areas were empty until the second band when two groups came in to take up most of one side of the reserved area. Gypsy has lots of high top tables which are great for dance venues.

We still stay at Borgata but go to other casinos each night to whichever has the best live music and dancing that night. The more we go to Oceans the more we talk about switching from Borgata to Oceans. We can’t have Gold level status at two casinos so we have to pick. Nola’s might finally get us to switch casinos.“

“Typical casino lobby bar, but given the history of the Resorts Casino, it's worth having a drink or two. The bar's hours aren't great (they open later than most) BUT they do have amazing holiday themed pop-up bars for different seasons (Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, etc) that take over the bar, complete with decorations and specialty cocktails.“

“A great hidden gem in Atlantic city is the Toga Bar. Drinks are reasonable priced with comfy seats. Our bartender was Joe T and he was great! Every empty glass was whisked away and refilled. He was full of knowledge about Caesars casino and hotel and recommended different restaurants and buffets on the property. We can see why Caesars keeps him at the bar on the casino floor as he is such a great advocate for the casino.“

“Went tonight to see one of my favorite bands - The Loop. Going bar seats and the bartender Dan made one of the BEST old fashioneds I have ever had… and I am picky.
