The staff are so kind, and the one manager remembers me lol I was so shocked when I came in a second time a week later and he goes “oh you were here before! Lavender latte!” And he was so nice. “One of the best jersey dogs, you don't find these deep fried hot dogs outside of Jersey. These guys use a natural casing thummans dog. It's a perfect size. Big enough for a big guy to double down on and small enough for the kids and little eaters to fill up on one. They use the old style color coded ordering system but don't worry there's no problem just telling them exactly how you want yours. These guys used to be in Westwood many many years ago. So yes, if you recognize the name that's why. Single proprietor. Owner operated. Dad helps out for the lunch time when they are packed with the local students from nearby schools. I order ahead anytime between 11 and 1. Great chili and Dr. Browns in the fridge. Great prices. Also have burgers, chicken and fish. Chili cheese fries. “Slept on this place for a long time and you won’t be disappointed if you go. I’m not even really into hotdogs but decided to give it a try and it exceeded my expectations. I just got the plain hot dog with ketchup and mustard and I literally had to go back and get another one because it was so good. Definitely worth checking out.“

“First time and it was well worth the short drive from Clifton. Excellent pastrami but the rye bread could be improved as it fell apart. As a rye bread foodie my standard is the old Pecters seeded rye which is still available but now owned by Rockland who coincidentally supplies the Pastrami grill, unfortunately I think they changed the quality. Better than no rye at all but it would improve if Pecters seeded ( Shop Rite carries) was an option.“

“My husband was in the area and brought home some Mochi donuts and rice hot dogs because I'd been dying to try them! I was so excited and the food did not disappoint. The donuts were delicious! They have a unique texture and we tasted 3 different flavors. My husbands favorite was the Nutella but I couldn't pick a favorite because they were all amazing. The rice hotdog was a fun experience. The hot dog was cooked well and I loved how crunchy the outside was. They use a hefty stick so it was a little difficult eating it at times but it stood up to the weight of the hot dog. The pricing is a little high and that would probably be my only complaint. The donuts came in a cute box and they're also very aesthetically pleasing. I would definitely recommend and visit again!“

“I always pass this truck on my drives to westchester and finally decided to try it out. Love the $11 deal for 3 dogs, a bag of chips, and a soda. Here's what I got: Hot dog #1: relish and mustard. Very delicious, whatever mustard they're using, it's great and packs a little heat. Hot dog #2: onion sauce. Very bad. Tasted like salsa, not getting again. Hot dog #3: chili cheese. For sure going to give me heartburn but very delicious and spicy. Service: the woman I ordered from had headphones in and got my order wrong, although I did change my mind on one hot dog halfway through. She seemed nice though, and in the end still made me a good hot dog (wanted sauerkraut and mustard, got relish and mustard. Didn't mind.) will be back to try to sauerkraut next! Btw it's cash only!“

Tommy has been serving me for 25 years and knows my order before I even make it to the front of the line. My wife has been coming here since she was a child, my in-laws used to take us here, and now we take OUR kids here! The hotdogs are 9 inch dogs deep fried until they're crisp on the outside but still soft and juicy on the inside. The spicy onions had kick but weren't overwhelmingly hot. The potato stix topping was interesting. It was fun but I am traditionalist when it comes to my hotdogs. These are good dogs. No doubt about it.“

“My favorite burger and french fry place to go to. Let's start with the burger...you get unlimited fresh toppings to your liking. If you like jalapaneos, they use actual jalapenos that are hot. The burger is just packed with flavor with every bite and won't fall apart as you eat it.The cajun fries are the best fries at any fast food or restaurant location in the country...maybe in the world. When I am feeling extra hungry, I like to also get their strawberry milkshake without whipped cream.“
