“Not flashy, simple, deli kind of set up. almost hole in the wall. My first impression was....ummm..naa..but since my wife picked up the place, I kind of kept quiet and was willing to try it. Boy was I wrong!! This place turned out to be AMAZING. Probably one of the best Mexican food we have had. Ask for a burrito with BBQ sauce inside it.“

“The grilled chicken tortas with chipotle that I just finished was so amazing that I needed to let the world know as soon as could! The roll was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The chicken was mouth meltingly tender. The toppings were delicious and spice level was perfect. I may go back for another. Seriously, I could eat this every single day for the rest of my life. Amazing!“

“I’m one to always order a standard burrito when trying a New Mexican restaurant. To compare equally across the locations I’m visited in NJ I feel it’s important.Hands down the seasoning on the steak immediately brought me back home. Simple yet so perfect. I prefer a burrito without all the fluff. Meat beans cheese (&rice unless rice comes as a side) price point is awesome and the portion was huge for me. Fresh fried corn tortilla chips and individually portioned house salsas made me feel at ease opposed to sharing bottles or stations with other patrons. Quaint location with tradicional and festive decor. As a Latina who has lived in over 15different states I can absolutely say that this restaurant will be one of my top contenders here in Monmouth County. Looking forward to my next meal. Thanks“

“Tried this place for the first time and we loved everything! The flavors were perfect, we love spice and we were able to incorporate as much or little as we wanted with the side of habanero sauce. The vegetarian options are also incredible. My only wish was that I was able to fit more food in my stomach and I could have gotten dessert. Highly recommend!!“

“I tried it for the first time yesterday and the food was great. Had the s’mores donut and cookie ice cream sandwich. Asked Grace at the register questions and she replied with detailed description, was very helpful and friendly. They also provide a punch card for the visits for a reward and offer Monmouth University students a discount. Good cuisine and amazing customer service. Definitely would come again and try more options :)“

“Always fresh always tasty, everything I’ve ever gotten from them is a 10/10. The quality is always great but the quantity is hit or miss especially with the nachos. Maybe it depends on who’s making them that day. Sometimes its a nice big portion fills the container and sometimes it’s just like they threw some chips in the box slapped on a couple topping and you get half of a container while someone with the same has a full box. 5/10 for that. Prices are reasonable.“

“My only issue was the ordering. First, when I sign into the app it keeps on sending me a link to click to get back into the app, which is annoying. Second, I clicked through online based on a coupon and started ordering, but when I signed in the promo disappeared and I had to keep logging out and in to get it. The app needs to be improved.“

“We went to El Rancho last month and it was absolutely delicious. The guacamole was very fresh and creamy. We also ordered the steak chimichanga and steak tostadas. Highly recommend. We will be back for sure 😊“

“First time here. Ordered a pineapple 🍍 margarita. It's good except it doesn't taste like pineapple 😞🍍. Where is the sliced pineapple on the cup and the maraschino 🍒? But for the sake of not being high maintenance, I will end it here. Just asked. They don't have pineapples. lol“

“The food is consistent. And DELICIOUS. I’ve tried many Mexican restaurants as it’s my favorite. And this is my go to. Slow-er on the service but that’s due to how incredibly busy they are with take out orders alone. It’s family owned and run. They are so nice and I can’t speak enough about how authentic the food is.“

“Juanito's is one of my favorite restaurants when getting Mexican food. Always a good meal. Unfortunately, they add an additional 4% to your bill when paying by credit card. It hurts me to start trying other Mexican restaurants in the area, as there are several, but I will start doing this as I view this fee as an additional tax. I'm taxed enough. Several restaurants in the area started to sneak in these fees. If everyone committed to avoiding these restaurants, you would see the fees go away.“

“We stopped in here for lunch & the entire family loved their meals. We had a nice time here, the place is clean, staff is speedy & professional. We were able to park on the side. Their us outdoor & indoor seating. The food looked presentable and it all tasted fresh. Will definitely be returning here when we’re back in this area.
Kid-friendliness: One of my kids only eats tenders & fries wherever we go. My husband and I were craving tacos from here as highly recommended. Glad we were able to accommodate our child in a taco establishment.“

“If I could give this zero stars I would. Absolutely HORRIFIC. The burrito my husband got tasted like literal chemicals. I tasted 1 black bean and it tasted like it was melted in burnt plastic. It literally could taste it for an hour in my mouth. He was dry heaving in the parking lot after 3 bites. He also was never greeted after 5 minutes of him standing there. I asked for a refund, not to make another toxic chemical burrito and they said they couldn’t do that. The best they can do is make him something else. I don’t want something else from your trash of an establishment. Totally unacceptable. Take my advice and go to another location.“

“First time here. Delicious shrimp Tika masala and onion kulcha. Tuna nachos were amazing! Boba strawberry tea with blueberry yummy. Taco trio would’ve been great but specifically requested no cheese and one came with cheese. The service was excellent and order came out quick. Definitely looking forward to coming back.“
