“This location is a hit or miss. There's a high turnover in staff so you never know how experienced the person at the window is.Today I tried a breakfast veggie bowl and really loved it. It's spicy though and I didn't know that ahead of time so it's a good thing I like a little spice once in a while. But my order was correct and it was done promptly so I was in and out of the drive-thru in under 5 minutes so I'm happy. Today was a good day so I'm giving them 4 stars.“

“We just found this place a month ago and we've stopped in 3 times.The donut flavors range from unique flavors like sesame, to standard flavors like glaze and in between you'll discover flavors you are familiar with like churro or funnel cake in donut form.The donuts are good. Really good. The donuts are light and have a unique blend of sweetness, flavor, and texture that is not prevalent in other donut shops. The sweetness is balanced well by the dough, frosting, and flavors so while you may look at a particular flavor and think it will be too sweet and too sugary it's never overpowering. I really enjoy getting a thai milk tea to go along with my donuts.The proprietors seem aware that some guests may not be familiar with the wide range of drinks and food that they provide. Instead of the feeling of entering a store to make a transaction it has a familiar feeling visiting someone's home. You aren't there to make a transaction but to learn and enjoy something that the hosts want to share with you.I'm really glad we found this place.“

“The BEST cream filled doughnuts I have ever had. The filling itself is light and creamy with just the right amount of sweet. The texture of the doughnut was exceptionally well done as well. The peanut butter cream filled doughnut had peanut butter mixed in with the cream filling, the Nutella just has Nutella spread on top. Plenty of variety even in cream filled doughnuts. The flavor of the blueberry fritter was top 2 for a non-apple fritter. Not as heavy and crispy as I like a fritter though.Choosing from 2 cases of minimum 30 doughnut 0 do not recommend.Eating any variety of doughnut they have: 10/10 would recommend going every day for 2 weeks to try them all and enjoy favorites. I want to make another Google account to rate 5stars again⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“My husband is a big fan of their Coconut custard doughnuts, it was my first time trying it and it did not disappoint. So fresh and soft. The Nutella doughnut was filled with cream and it wasn't too sweet - making it the perfect companion to the coconut doughnut.“

“First time at this location after being a frequent servicer of their West Philly location. Location: Cute, smaller, but with several seating options for those looking to sign in. Service: No complaints! Coffee station had the fixings plus oat milk for free use. Food: Went with a chocolate pistachio donut that truly did not taste "vegan" at all. Wish there was a stronger pistachio flavor to it but overall a highly satisfactory bite. Would revisit any time I'm back in Philly & eager to try their other rotating flavors and/or non-donut pastries.“

“after long morning of walking, finding Federal Donuts open with some seats open was the welcome sign i needed. the coffee is served hot which was much needed on a a particularly cold winter day. paired that coffee with an old fashioned glazed doughnut. the coffee was standard good coffee, fresh drip coffee is always a win in my book. the doughnut had the right amount of sweetness and softness without being saccharine or mushy. the space is very clean and neat. there’s seatings for groups as well as these old school classroom type seats for solos. the vibe by staff was friendly and welcoming. doughnut + coffee + being off my feet for 15 minutes was just what i needed to recharge for exploring the vastness of Philadelphia.“

“I've tried a few other dunkin in the neighborhood on uber eats and the order would be wrong or sandwich not cooked/melted all the way. I finally found this store and saw 5 stars so decided to try them. I was so glad I did. I've ordered quite a few times and it's always right, delicious and fresh! I decided to stop in today and every last staff was friendly and warm. I asked for the manager to let her know I order on uber and coming in just showed me even more why they deserve 5 stars ?. “We are from outta state & wanted doughnuts for a family birthday. The lady working stopped what she was doing to help. Very friendly. My husband said the best apple fritter he's ever had. “I think it was over $10 for a waffle cone but worth every penny to have soft serve again - just can't be a frequent thing. They seem very experimentive. I had root beer last I was there. Very good. Wish the cone was filled with more ice cream! Saw a sign for gelati's (for those who don't know, layers of soft serve and water ice in a cup.) flavors were mango and one other. Will go back to try!
