Customer service, especially at the counter, feels minimal and somewhat inattentive. If you’re focused on grabbing food and heading out, it’s fine, but it’s not a place I’d choose for the experience or hospitality.“

The cake was absolutely beautiful and unbelievably delicious — truly the first time ever that an entire cake was finished at a birthday dinner. Not a single slice left. We even shared it with the restaurant staff, and they were so impressed they asked where the cake was from because they couldn’t believe how good it was.

I live almost an hour away, but it is 100% worth the drive. I’ll be ordering from here for all upcoming birthdays without hesitation. Incredible service, stunning work, and amazing flavor. Highly recommend!“

“After i try this 3 leches cake i dont like any other one. This cake is just perfect. Im not giving a 5 stars because i bought a cake that was supposed to be 8 portions cake and is literally 4 pcs of the ones they sell as 1 portion so would be better to buy 4 for less money than buying what is supposed to be 8 pcs cake. “Tried the USR location this morning as it's located around the corner from my office. Front staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful with assisting me to navigate options as a first time visitor. There was no line and I quickly received my to-go order. The ham, egg, and cheese croissant was delicious- fluffy and flaky, not at all greasy, and the perfect cheese pull. Can't wait to return to try desserts and coffee!“

“Beautiful modern store with gorgeous interior and wonderful floor tiles. They had all popular PB bakery items on display. Lots of sitting area, all clean and well maintained.

We went to get a cake. It was evening hours, so a lot of the popular ones were sold out, still we had 5-6 kinds to pick from. Cake was packed precisely in the box, got knife and candles with it. Staff were very friendly and got our order ready super fast.

The mini strawberry soft cream cake was pure quality. Fluffy soft cake with delicious cream all around it topped with glazed strawberry.

“Appreciation post😃 Since 4 days my freshly turned teenage daughter has been saying one thing when I ask her what you want to do on New Year’s Eve …” I want to have kudos bubble tea as the last thing I drink in 2022”. It’s been a tough few months for her and i wanted to make sure she gets her wish. So yesterday morning I called kudos. Asked when they will close for the day. They said 10pm. We scheduled all our plans in such a way that at 9pm we go and get the much anticipated bubble tea. At 9 my husband, son and daughter headed out to kudos… only to find that they have closed at 7 for a private event. This is my back story. On the other side of the story… which probably has its own back story… Cherie the owner had shut the bakery as her daughter wanted to celebrate with her friends and family. As a mother myself I can totally understand that. When she saw my family she informed them that they are closed. But when she heard we had called in morning and saw my daughters dejected face… she opened her doors. Made a quick bubble tea and even gave some extra cookies as a New Years treat. My kids came back so happy saying “mommy it was a holiday miracle!” Thank you Kudo Society Cafe. For providing us one last 2022 miracle. Thank you Cherie for understanding. We have been Kudos patrons since it was at palisades park but now we are die hard advocating neighbors of yours. Ps: pic of the cookie treat. My son ate the red velvet on way home.“

“I love the Paris Baguette chain. I was very excited to run into this location while doing errands. I went in the early morning when all the pastries were still coming out. I was lucky to be treated to such fresh croissants and my regular favorites. This location is special. Their desserts are perfectly sweet! Other chains usually have very sweet custards and iced teas, but this location has their recipe mastered. The mochi donuts were so chewy! The creams and custards were not too sweet which pairs perfectly with their soft breads, flakey croissants, and chewy donuts! The staff were very friendly and packed everything in a careful and neat manner. I can’t wait to treat myself to Hackensack Paris Baguette again!“
