“Visited this Starbucks for the first time and received a warm welcome from Ashley, Karina, and Ryan. They provided friendly and exceptional service, and it was a pleasure to experience their contributions to making this Starbucks an authentic community, where they knew the names of regular patrons and customers were visibly happy to see them. “One word: YUM! Starbucks coffee is just so good! Nothing compares. I do wish it was less expensive, but I get why it has to be so pricey. The baristas are so sweet also! Excellent customer service all the time.

“Nice location very small but not usually very crowded, so you can usually find a place to sit if you want. The staff were very friendly as well. Entry and exit out of the parking lot directly onto 17 can be tricky though so watch out for that on your way out.“

“This Starbucks store is anything but typical! I just happened to be a customer in their store on April 30 when a seemingly normal day turned into what could have been a nightmare. The once quiet mall with people walking by was suddenly replaced by people running and screaming for their lives! Not knowing what was going on, the girls that worked for Starbucks sprang into action getting everyone in the store to safety in a back stock room. They immediately pushed a giant refrigerator in front of the door way. They remained calm and were talking to everyone assuring them that the police said to stay put until they came to get us. They were offering whatever they had in back for us to drink and even apologized to the customers who had paid for a drink and never received!! This goes above and beyond their call of duty. They were extremely brave young woman and should be commended for their swift actions!! I thank them so much because it could have been something really horrible and they saved our lives.“

“Barista’s were very friendly and mad a delicious pumpkin spiced latte. Store was clean and it felt very welcoming.

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room to wheel around and the counter height was perfect.“

“My favorite Starbucks to pick up before work! One of the fastest drive thru’s and the baristas are so friendly. I’ve only had one mistake with an order but they corrected it immediately and were so nice about. Just make sure you speak loudly when ordering drive thru since they’re right next to the high way!“

“Located in the center common area of Paramus Park, this Starbucks is one of the popular and bright spots of this mall. It’s a small stall like structure with plenty of tables and chairs in front. They have all Starbucks drinks and bakery goods available, and bunch of SB merchandise as well.

I have been visiting this store since 2016. Always had friendly good service. Even when I was there yesterday I made a fumble with my drink name and the barista helped to get it right, it was summer berry lemonade not melon burst. Over the years never had any problems with my drinks.
