Starbucks in Paramus

“Baristas here are great. My only complaint is that people bring their unleashed dogs in here. This unleashed white dog kept trying to go behind the counter where they prepare the food and the owner of the dog was just laughing. Dog went up to another customer who did not look happy when it tried to jump on her. I don’t blame the baristas who are just kids, but whoever is in charge needs to crack down on this! Very unsanitary.“

music was a teeny bit loud but it did not take away from the overall great atmosphere and experience at this store which exceeded the typical Starbucks expectation is my first impression as a longtime Starbucks customer so congratulations to staff and management for standing out especially in this area of new jersey“

“One word: YUM! Starbucks coffee is just so good! Nothing compares. I do wish it was less expensive, but I get why it has to be so pricey. The baristas are so sweet also! Excellent customer service all the time.

Parking: Plenty of spots in the parking lot or underground.

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room to wheel around and the counter height was perfect.“

“My favorite Starbucks to pick up before work! One of the fastest drive thru’s and the baristas are so friendly. I’ve only had one mistake with an order but they corrected it immediately and were so nice about. Just make sure you speak loudly when ordering drive thru since they’re right next to the high way!“

“This Starbucks store is anything but typical! I just happened to be a customer in their store on April 30 when a seemingly normal day turned into what could have been a nightmare. The once quiet mall with people walking by was suddenly replaced by people running and screaming for their lives! Not knowing what was going on, the girls that worked for Starbucks sprang into action getting everyone in the store to safety in a back stock room. They immediately pushed a giant refrigerator in front of the door way. They remained calm and were talking to everyone assuring them that the police said to stay put until they came to get us. They were offering whatever they had in back for us to drink and even apologized to the customers who had paid for a drink and never received!! This goes above and beyond their call of duty. They were extremely brave young woman and should be commended for their swift actions!! I thank them so much because it could have been something really horrible and they saved our lives.“

“Mall location, but easy access just inside of a main mall door, near escalator's, and centrally located on the lower level. The two young employees working when I visited couldn't have been nicer. The young lady who made my caramel frappe couldnt have done a better job!“
