music was a teeny bit loud but it did not take away from the overall great atmosphere and experience at this store which exceeded the typical Starbucks expectation is my first impression as a longtime Starbucks customer so congratulations to staff and management for standing out especially in this area of new jersey“
“One word: YUM! Starbucks coffee is just so good! Nothing compares. I do wish it was less expensive, but I get why it has to be so pricey. The baristas are so sweet also! Excellent customer service all the time.

“My favorite Starbucks to pick up before work! One of the fastest drive thru’s and the baristas are so friendly. I’ve only had one mistake with an order but they corrected it immediately and were so nice about. Just make sure you speak loudly when ordering drive thru since they’re right next to the high way!“
“It’s a giant Starbucks located at the Empire State Building. We went inside to get out of the rain while waiting to take a tour of the ESB. We saw an ad for a coffee tasting experience for $45 each and returned a couple of days later for this. It was a fun experience learning to appreciate coffee the way people appreciate wine tasting. The music in the main part is LOUD and there are not enough rest rooms. If you go the rest rooms on the top floor are usually less crowded than in the lower floor. They sell the usual Starbucks fare as well as the reserve coffees.“
“Barista’s were very friendly and mad a delicious pumpkin spiced latte. Store was clean and it felt very welcoming.
Parking: Plenty of spots in the parking lot or underground.

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room to wheel around and the counter height was perfect.“
“Mall location, but easy access just inside of a main mall door, near escalator's, and centrally located on the lower level. The two young employees working when I visited couldn't have been nicer. The young lady who made my caramel frappe couldnt have done a better job!“
“Baristas here are great. My only complaint is that people bring their unleashed dogs in here. This unleashed white dog kept trying to go behind the counter where they prepare the food and the owner of the dog was just laughing. Dog went up to another customer who did not look happy when it tried to jump on her. I don’t blame the baristas who are just kids, but whoever is in charge needs to crack down on this! Very unsanitary.“
