“PROs - hidden gem , homely food , serviceCONs- location , limited menu itemsI rarely give a 5 star . We were near Marlboro area and were craving for some vegetarian food . Saw Google and decided to visit this restaurant . At first , we kinda were joking around looking at the restaurant as there were no customers . Location was a bit wierd. .. we went in and asked if there was food and the Indian lady came and was kind of shocked to see 12 of us coming in . She said she will start cooking then and will take time .We almost wanted to leave the place because we weren’t confident of how fast they will prepare.. to all our surprise , she was able to cook food quickly and the food was deliciousssssssssss.. its almost like our mom cooking at home . We had unlimited thali.she brought us dolls , samosa , kichadi , rotis , undhiyiu, potato bhaji, gulab jamun, chaas etc. all my friends were happy and had a fantastic meal . She said to call her next time before coming , so she can prepare all food :) even though it was a slow start , we were so happy with the food .It’s truly a hidden gem . Both owners were sweet and the service was exceptional.“

“Today was my first visit to this location, and I prefer it over the Metuchen location. The Sayreville restaurant is absolutely immaculate, nicely decorated, and the bathrooms are spotless; everything is clean and modern. The food is as I expected: fantastic! I had the bhel puri and the hariyali noodle with shredded paneer. Both dishes were fresh and bursting with flavor! The rose lassi complemented the spices of the food, and the paan shot delicious! There is paan available at the counter, and five varieties of mukhwas at the exit. It was a great experience, and everyone was very nice.“

“Passing by the area and came across this pizza place was a little sceptical about the place was pleasantly surprised. Ordered the chicken keema pizza and panner tikka and chicken 65 food and Limca( Indian soda) highly recommended with pizza. Everything was fresh and very flavorful definitely coming back here when I’m in the area.“

“This place is a collection of restaurants with variety of food. You can get everything here from Momos, to gol gappas! I always take dosa from Gopal's, their schezwan is best yet. My kids love tandoori chicken and Naan. They have super delicious smoothies. They have a Pan place and a mini sweets shop. Whenever we go to New Jersey, we make sure to come here. We recently had the pleasure of using Spice House on Rt 27 in Edison, NJ for our event catering, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. We were thoroughly impressed by the overall quality of the food and the unparalleled level of service provided.
The variety of offerings were exceptional which included both Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian options, ensuring all our guests were catered for. We also included few Indo Chinese varieties. Every dish was truly good and tasty. They did not cut corners, delivering excellent quality and quantity across the board.
The dedication to service extended to the delivery process as well. The food arrived in hot container pack, and it remained perfectly warm right up to the moment we were ready to serve, which made a huge difference to our event.

“My husband and I were craving Indian so we decided to try this place. Firstly, picking up it was the nicest customer service. The man was so personal and friendly, it was like walking into a family restaurant. He gave me a tea, some yummy dessert and he didn’t even want to accept money for it.

Secondly, we devoured everything. It was all so delicious and it filled us all up. We got three things but the chicken tikka was amazing.

“I ate here a few years ago - don't recall my whole meal but i remember it was good - love mint chuntey. The manager / staff was friendly. The space is small but organized and clean. Recently i ordered through uber eats - they had a buy one get one free promo on the chicken tikka. I also got a few orders of garlic naan. The chicken tikka with rice was good - moist chicken, good flavor and not too spicy. However the garlic naan was disappointing - it was a tad bit salty but mostly the bread was flat and dense - it should be a little more fluffy with a nice chew. Hope they read this and improve it - would give it another try.“

“By yesterday, I can proudly say I have tasted food in all the restaurants on the food court. Astonishingly, I wasn't disappointed by even one. All cuisines were great and there are a lot (in Indian cuisine there are a variety of cuisines) you can try. The place itself looks a bit old and the tables can use a bit of work. I have eaten here since a few years and I assure you there is no change in the quality or the taste, I love how consistent they are. I've seen empires raise and fall but this place still keeps its place when it comes to food and service. Keep crushing it folks.“

As part of the dinner we had chicken nuggets and fries, channa chaat and chicken 65 for appetizers. For the main courses we had chicken biryani, karahi chicken, goat korma, chicken noodles, and mixed grill. They provided salad, naan, and chutneys. For dessert we had kheer and gulab jamun.
