“Wow! Delightfully surprised by this place. I didn't expect much, but the food was delicious with excellent flavor and texture. The bowl was big enough that I got lunch and dinner from it, and I truthfully thought it was even better the second time! The smoothie was also spectacular; I got a simple mango and pineapple smoothie but it was so refreshing that I almost wanted to finish it and order another one! Good option for anyone looking for healthier ingredients.“

“This is literally the best Taco Bell that exists. Every time I’m at a different Taco Bell I wish I was at this one. They are always so quick and so nice especially the (I assume) manager with short dark hair, he always goes out of his way to make sure your meal and experience are amazing. “I had to come on and talk about the young man I believe he said his name was Ben. I was in twice yesterday and during the second trip with my older son he came over to ask how everything was. My son who has anxiety and autism and usually won’t talk to me when we are out starts asking Ben his birthday. I told my son he was working and couldn’t talk. This young man had a full conversation with my son and said that was his job to make sure my son enjoyed his time there. I can not thank you enough. It may just be part of the job for you but it was a lot more then a meal for us“

“Hot delicious simple burger! Double cheeseburger with bacon, lettuce, and tomato! The 2 thin patties had a nice char from the flat top. The fries were also very tasty!“

“What more can I say about this establishment. I was blessed to be in the presence of the owner and daughter of this reputable Italian restaurant. When I arrived to the place, I didn't think much of it. I thought it was just another place to buy a cheesesteak. But oh no, was I caught off guard and was very surprised.

I was greeted very well by both, Mr. Vito(aka. "Bert" as everyone calls him) and his daughter. I went to the easy-to-read menu board and ordered a cheesesteak with fries. While I was waiting on my food, I started talking to Mr. Vito (who doesn't like to be called mister) and his daughter and the stories he told me were amazing.

I love the father and daughter interaction while he was telling me his story, and I love how his daughter was backing up his stories. Mr. Vito explained to me about his cooking methods and how he preps for the day, and while I was waiting on my food to be prepared, Mr. Vito showed me the way he cooks.

His daughter is a real salesman, she introduced me to her father's newest creation, "The Vegi Chicken Burger." It's made from real chicken where he pulls out all the fat and other parts of the chicken.

Anyway, I ordered the Vegi Chicken Burger and it was so good. This chicken burger is not a regular chicken patty that you get from some grocery store or food warehouse, this chicken burger is made in house and it's a perfectly thick portion of a patty.

If you need to change how you eat and want food that will not raise your blood pressure, (Vito told me that he does not add seasonings to his food but will add seasoning upon request) then I suggest you come down to Bert's Steak & Sub House, a real and authentic Italian Restaurant.“

“I had the good fortune of staying close to this restaurant when I was up in the area. I absolutely loved everything we tried. So the sweet potatoes, mac n cheese, chicken wings, breakfast, drinks, this special drink the owner’s daughter makes, it was all so delicious! But what makes this place unforgettable, is the staff, it’s clearly a family run restaurant with a family that treats you like one of their own. Plus, unlike a lot of places I ate at in the Philly area, they know how to season food! Oh! I almost forgot! The grits were so good, and also the cheese fries, but the owners son made the best onion rings and sauce I’ve ever had! Seriously such a hidden gem.“

“Absolutely love this food truck. Lamb is so tender and tasty, falafels are really good. They are definitely not stingy at all with the sauces, they load you up. They give you salad and a drink with your meal as well. They have a good lineup of drinks like tahitian drink, different fruity flavors of Sunkist, ginger ales, and more. They also sell fish, chicken tenders, Italian sausage sandwiches, hot dogs, mozzarella sticks, and more. Their sweet corn nuggets are so good! Service is always great, very nice and friendly people. Good location too, it’s a great way to attract people by parking on the corner of a busy street, there’s plenty of room to go and wait. Overall love this truck.“

“I stopped here based on others reviews. I agree it’s a decent option for Vegans at Philly airport Terminal F. My dish was the pad Thai with tofu in garlic sauce. Very tasty, mildly spicy. Tofu is very deep fried, only drawback. Fresh vegetables in the bowl were very good.“
