“We couldn't enjoy El Patio anymore than we do....every time we go there. The owners are passionate about their establishment and it comes through in aces with regards to their food, drink and service. It's always such a great mix of patrons from the local community and passing through travelers. Live music is a definite plus. We absolutely love El Patio and are glad to be repeat customers.“

“My daughter chose this place for a special dinner on our weekend down the shore. It was great! The food and cocktails were delicious and everyone from the owner to the busboy was so sweet, fun, and helpful. We shared an assortment of starters- Thai chili shrimp, crab cake, Brussels sprouts, pistachio ricotta with crostini- and would order everything again. Our server, Brianne, was wonderful. “Beautifully designed new restaurant that opened up in the area. I stopped I'm for dinner the staff was super friendly and attentive. I tried a variety of items from the menu and it all was delicious. My favorite was the general tso shrimp.“

“Great food. Tiny place and if you go late on certain days you may not get a table. Staff is hit or miss. One day I witnessed three young girls working there standing behind the bar talking to each other and on their phones rather then tending to the customers. I do have to give support to the one young lady who eventually had to run the whole place herself till someone came to cover the bar. They should always have more than one person working the main dining area. If you want a good bar pie come here.“

“For a hotel, it certainly was refreshing. Traveling a lot you don't always get the best food selection.

With that said, the crispy Brussels sprouts, OH-EM-GEE. Hear me out. They were the best thing I think I've eaten...in well, ever. It wasn't just the whole Brussels sprout itself, it was mostly the outer skins that was coated in seasonings, oil, and crispy. They were SO GOOD!

I definitely recommend the French Onion soup as well, we had that twice. 😋“

“We originally pulled up to the bar across the street to play pool but it was packed. I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. I really enjoyed this place. The pool table takes $1 bills, the bar tender was EXCELLENT, the drinks were reasonably priced, the bar pie was good and the outdoor deck has a ton of potential- it overlooks the marina.

I lived here for 30 + years / never knew about this place. Needless to say; I'll be back for sure“

“My hubs & I went here b/c I bought a Groupon for it. I was dismayed by 2 of the 3 reviews I read online; however, we were pleasntly surprized. Nice atmosphere, not noisy, attentive service. We both got meat since it was a steakhouse. Hubs got filet mignon; I got rib steak. Tasty and presented nicely. White tablecloths cinched a pleasant nite out. only 4 stars b/c I thought it was a bit expensive if we did not have the groupon.... I think we might return....“

“I’ve been going to W’s for years now. The burgers and wings are off the hook good. The waitress can’t do enough for you. Great restaurant to take the family to eat and also a friendly bar to watch sports. Very reasonable priced. You definitely won’t go hungry or thirsty at W’s. Well worth trying out. “MJs has several locations and Spotswood is the closest to us. Bartenders are fast and friendly. The wings and the pizza are banging. The best Garlic Parm wings I've had. Always big wings cooked perfect and the right amount of flavor. Pizza is a great bar pie. The burgers are big and juicy. Plenty of TVs $3 Miller Lite drafts. Perfect for a have or a night out with friends.
I wish they would open a spot in Piscataway. I know a perfect location on South Washington avenue.“
