“My sister told me about her local go-to for tacos. I tried the 3 tacos de birria. It was absolutely delicious. Sizeable portion (I was full with 2) and it came with a consome that you could dip the tacos.

Also, the owner is so kind. She wrote a get well note for my mom on her order. I had mentioned that had been sick.

Before leaving the area, I am heading back for another order. Definitely recommend.“

“If you are in Perth Amboy try this new Pizza Spot. I ordered a large pizza with extra cheese. It was better than I expected. They also have self served Ice cream and fresh Juice. Such as OJ, mango, pineapple and even Sugar Cane juice which is good for the hot days. The place is not big to dine a lot of people but you can dine in with a friend with comfort. Since the pizza Oven is at the front it can get hot inside. You can order a juice and youll be ok. Enjoy“

“Had to make a visit at Taco Stop Llc in Rt 35 and I was really hungry. Ufffffff - Pork chops I haven’t had in a while and can you believe D Cesiah Jimenez Burgos, owner made ‘tostones’ and of course the chips with guacamole 🥑. Sent my wife in Florida the pictures. “A HUGE crowd for on-line and pre order pickups on Super Bowl Sunday. The staff remained calm and professional even though customers got tense having to wait for their orders. “Edit: Raising this from 1 to 4 star after speaking with the owner. It seems this was an outlier situation and they were very kind and receptive.

We came in at 8:20 PM (place closes at 9). The woman behind the counter seemed very detached and exhausted so I tried to be sympathetic. My burrito was a magnificent slop, not rolled properly at all. The soda fountain was out of CO2, so all the soda was flat - I made a comment but the employee didn't care even though she had charged me for the drink. The food wasn't bad but nothing remarkable or exciting.“
