“Very charming little coffee spot! Super chill atmosphere and relaxed. Quiet for days that you want 'work from home' but not be stuck at home. There is plenty of parking with a few municipal lots and street parking as well. We did ceramic painting and there are plenty of options of items you can paint although we just stuck with mugs. I think there is a time limit when you make the reservations for the painting but it was a quiet day and they let us take our time. It is a neat little activity to do on a rainy day with friends and a cute coffee spot if you want a change from dunkin/starbucks in the area.“

“We just moved to the area, and happened to walk by here. Thank God we decided to enter! This bakery is top notch in flavor and presentation. I couldn't believe how good everything was! We purchased a selection of about 12 different baked food and 11 of the 12 were excellent. Only the Cheese Cake fell short, but I'm a CC foodie and am very picky over how I like them made. I'd give a 9/10 or 10/10 everything and a 6/10 on the Cheese Cake.The man who helped us was extremely friendly and offered us a free cookie for the kids. “***4 1/2 stars**I'm not sure how crazy I am about this place being a few blocks from where I live, but I suppose that's not Mo & Jay's fault. I've been aware of this bakery/pastry establishment for a few years (I think it showed up in this relatively new apartment building on Main Street two or three years ago), but hadn't actually thought to go inside until yesterday morning. I was entrusted with obtaining a dessert for a weekend BBQ, and it occurred to me that this was at least the easiest spot to quickly grab something. The fact that the desserts were extremely good ended up being a pleasant accident/bonus.I brought one of my top tier chums to assist with the purchase. From very brief research, it seemed like the eclairs were the big selling point here. I thought it would also be a little wily on my part to get them because I tend to not enjoy eating food that has stuff in it, and figured I'd be unlikely to do anything too naughty with that. That turned out not to be accurate, but I digress. We got the five for $25 éclair deal, and procured a raspberry, a lemon meringue, a nutella, a pistachio and a cookies & cream. Just as we were about to wrap up, I also impulsively grabbed a cheddar/bacon scone, which was humongous and understandably caught my eye.The eclairs were definitely a hit. My personal favorite was the cookies & cream. The flavor was incredibly on point, and it was almost like a meta ice cream experience. The only issue with that one specifically was that the cream inside was runnier than the other pastries, which made it a little messy. Not a huge deal. The runner-up was probably the raspberry for me. Again, extremely flavorful, almost to a fault - it was overwhelmingly tart, which is obviously kind of a calling card for raspberries but if you're not into that, I'd stay away. The nutella was actually a little on the bland side for me but not bad. The lemon meringue was a big hit for everyone else, but I'm not a huge fan of that flavor to begin with - I don't think that's a mark against this place by any means. In hindsight, we probably wouldn't have gotten the pistachio, but none of us are hardcore pistachio fans. The cream consistency and dough for all of these was very high quality, and understandably a lot of this is going to come down to how you feel about specific flavors.In a final twist later on, I sampled the scone around dinner time and was very pleasantly surprised - the scone was very moist and tasty, and was reminiscent of a Red Lobster cheddar bay biscuit, though probably at least twice the size and with actual pieces of bacon in it. Very strong recommend on that front.The service was very good. We had a pleasant female cashier assisting us as my chum was literally squatting on the ground eagerly peering into the display case squealing out flavors to get. Zero issues there, and we were in and out within a few minutes uneventfully. There were also a lot of cakes and other types of pastries, so I expect I'll be returning shortly to obtain their assistance with another BBQ.“

That being said, the Alhamadanya Sweets is outstanding in every way. With a mind blowing assortment of Middle Eastern sweets and great service. All the sweets we sampled was delicious and superior. They wanted to take off a tier or change the flowers for fake flowers. When we came to Creations we not only found the perfect flavors but they said they could make it the way it was sketched out. They asked for the colors I wanted and the type of wedding to get a sense of what we wanted. Let me tell you, we wren’t disappointed. It was as if the cake came to life. “We didn't have a reservation, but they helped us because we were a family with a baby. It was our first visit. We traveled for about 1 hour. The staff, especially the manager of the business, were very polite. We ordered the bagel breakfast plate and menemen. The bagel was very fresh, the menemen was very satisfying for me, the honey and clotted cream were very successful. My only criticism is that the atmosphere is extremely noisy, the music is played very loudly to drown out the sound, it increases the noise instead of reducing it, which requires leaving without spending more time there. I will visit again for dessert. I have my eye on a few of them.“

I stumbled upon this place while my daughter was at a nearby piercing establishment. I went in and was greeted by a lovely lady behind the counter. While I was looking at what options were available for me, that lovely lady offered me to sample an item. Never before have I ever been offered a sample of anything Gluten Free. And we all no why that happens. Most of the time the Gluten Free products are horrible; dense, stale, no taste, etc. The item she offered was not good.................it was the best tasting bakery item I have ever had. When I told her that, she offered another item, and another item, and another item. I no longer needed to eat dinner. I was in heaven. I ending up buying three items to take home with me. They offer variety of delicious Persian breads, their Sangak bread is just the best.I always buy 10 Sangak (you have to call and order in advance) and save in freezer. Warm up a couple of slices in the morning and it goes nicely with Feta cheese, walnuts and Persian tea. They also sell all sorts of items required for a Persian kitchen, including spices, nuts, dried herb, pickles, Persian tea, you name it. Great customer service and hospitality too.
