“We stopped by over the weekend on a bit of a whim, but I'm so happy that we did because it was a very pleasant experience. From the outside. It looks kind of like it's out of date or something, but inside it felt much more refreshing and like a classic coffee shop feel. It was pretty cozy and they had a bunch of places to sit and talk, including along the windows in the front if you want a people watch. I thought their prices were reasonable and the girl who helped us was nice. It seemed like they only had one employee so the service was a little bit slow, but we still didn't wait very long so it was no problem at all.“

“If there were more stars, I'd give them. We are from out of state (formerly from Waldwick) and needed to send a brunch catering to a dear family. Bagel Supreme was professional, sweet, considerate and kind. I called on a Sunday afternoon at 1 PM (about an hour before the store closed) and the owner had his wife call "within the hour." She did and spent time with me on the phone getting the right order to fit my request for the family. Then sent multiple texts to confirm everything throughout the evening. Talk about going ABOVE AND BEYOND! They delivered PROMPTLY as promised the next day and they sent us pictures of the platters to ensure that we saw what was delivered. Greeting cards to mark the occasion with our thoughts HAND WRITTEN were attached. The store would NOT take money until the order was delivered even though I offered to pay in advance. I will absolutely use them in the future for long distance gift giving (who doesn't like food as a gift)? And this will be our very first stop when we are back in town. 1,000% recommend!!!“

“We ordered our Thanksgiving dinner this year from Comfort Kitchen Cafe and every single thing was delicious! The turkey was the best turkey everyone has had! Moist, delicious and was even carved to perfection. The mashed potatoes, stuffing, sweet potatoes, carrot and lasagna were amazing too. Oh and the salad! “Jackie Smalls – My New Favorite Brunch Spot!

I don’t usually go out for brunch because most places serve the same old eggs and pancakes, but Jackie Smalls completely changed my mind. This has to be my favorite breakfast/brunch spot I’ve tried!

I ordered the Freekeh Bowl, Grains of Nazareth, and French Toast, and every dish was incredibly fulfilling and well-balanced. But let me tell you—the French Toast was hands down the best I’ve ever had. They use sourdough bread infused with rose, which adds such a unique flavor. The whipped cream on the side was unbelievably fresh (unlike anything I’ve had before!), and the maple syrup had just the right amount of sweetness.

If you haven’t been to Jackie Smalls yet, you need to give it a try. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!“

It’s so worth the drive from Pompton Lakes because Austin, the manager in Wayne, knows what customer service means and he is people oriented so the drinks are tastier. He made our drinks a few days in a row and my husband noticed the difference too!“

“Amazing tea shop! My wife and I enjoyed the Tea Ceremony with owner Fengxiao very much. Extremely relaxing and informative. Fengxiao spent extra time with us and made sure we enjoyed ourselves. Her very laid back approach to the ceremony made it very enjoyable. It was well worth our 2 hour drive to her shop. After the ceremony we purchased one of the 3 amazing teas we had. It was the Wild Old Tree Lao Ban Zhang Ripe Pu-erh Tea, 2005. A very good Puer at an extremely reasonable price. We also purchase a clay pot of excellent quality which was also very well priced. I am going to use Sinofilia Tea Shop for future online purchases. I highly recommend visiting Fengxiao’s store and booking the Tea Ceremony. At the end of our visit, we felt like we had met a new friend!“

“We have been to Made in Italy many times during all of the ownership changes. We have been for dinner, had graduation parties and gone for dessert only. We were so happy to hear that it was open at night again. My husband recently had knee replacement and was itching to get out. We decided to go for coffee/dessert at Made in Italy. He struggled to get in the car and out when we arrived. It was 8:30 Saturday night when they close at 10. There were over 15 tables open - we asked to be seated for coffee and dessert only to be told they don’t do that. They wouldn’t seat us - they gave us their card and told us to check the menu when we got home- which we did. The second paragraph of the website says - stop by just to have a cup of our gourmet coffee. They had many tables open and preferred to turn us away. Needless to say - we will not be going back.“

“I have had numerous positive experiences at this store. The below is just one of many.I had a coupon for a free matcha latte with purchase. I went to this store and ordered a donut and a matcha latte with skim milk on the app. I saw the employee make a matcha latte. She put the latte to the side and made another latte. When I went to pick up my order, she handed me the second latte. I asked her what had happened. She said that she made the first latte with whole milk and then noticed that I had ordered skim milk so she remade the latte. (Note: I would have had no way of knowing that the first latte was incorrect. She remade it because SHE knew it was incorrect, not because I would have.) She then handed me the first latte and told me to enjoy that one as well. I was blown away by this amazing customer service. This is clearly an employee who takes great pride in her work, and this is also clearly a store that allows their employees to make independent decisions. This Dunkin is truly a cut above the rest with regard to customer service and quality of products.“

“Our / Nuestra Passion is a great little coffee spot. The staff is friendly and professional. I had the fruit crêpes on Sunday. I thought they were the best. I was ready to go back Monday for more they are closed. The smoothie my daughter had was delicious fresh strawberries and mango. I only wish I realized sooner they were located right on Main Street . “Palazzone Pastry Labs and had a mixed experience. The pastries themselves were quite good, with a nice variety and fresh ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the cannoli, which had a delightful filling and a perfectly crisp shell.

However, the service left much to be desired. The servers were not very friendly, which took away from the overall experience. A bit more warmth and attentiveness from the staff would go a long way in making customers feel welcome and valued.

Overall, while the pastries are worth trying, the service could use some improvement to enhance the overall experience at Palazzone Pastry Labs.“

“This Kung Fu tea is located right in front of food court, mainly a take out store. They have all the popular drinks. In addition they also sell macaroons and large tea bags. The store is very clean and organized. One person is at register, 3 are making drinks in the back, one handing them out correctly, during heavy rush hour. I was very impressed with the service and efficiency. My mango green tea was top notch with delicious soft mango jelly.“

“This Dunkin is very friendly, accessible and convenient. It is spacious and I always see them cleaning which is nice. The servers are friendly and in particular one of the managers, Khem, is always extremely kind and super helpful! It is a high traffic area but they do their best to get people in and out and normally have a good amount of staff there to make it as quick as possible.“
