“as someone who works here i feel this place really makes me happy to see how out mangers are and make sure everything is perfect and clean because i know id rather a nice freshly cooked meal in a clean restaurant, coming here to work i thought it’d be kind of unclean but surprisingly compared to other fast food places in very clean cookies are freshly made every morning when we are not taking orders we are making sure everything is restocked and clean for customers to get there meal as fast as possible while it also being cooked freshly i hope this tells you guys that behind the counter we make sure you enjoy your visit.“

“First time stopping in. The food was great. And the price was very reasonable. The place has great atmosphere, clean & so much to choose from. Staff was super friendly. Especially Brooks, who went above & beyond helping us try decide what to order. I'm not kidding when I say everything looked so good. He kindly gave different suggestions. He took time to explain different options, what they were and how they were made. Any questions or requests we had were met with nothing but kind responses. Will definitely be back!“

“Our first time going to the Totowa location (met up with friends for lunch). Staff was very friendly and helpful - we decided to eat outside and they brought the food to us quickly. We had the tacos, regular bowl with carnitas and fajita bowl with steak and pina-mango drink. Food was very tasty and freshly made. Will come back to try El Pastor. Definitely recommend Sombrero Tacoria.“

I was at Checkers late night and I wanted wings and so did my passenger so we got 2 Lg. ten piece wing combo's she let us know that they would be made fresh and that we had to park and she will bring out our order when it was ready. Alone came out with our 11 minutes later apologized for the wait and gave me a apple pie for the wait. We gave her a tip and she told us to have a bless night. Alone made our night..... “My first dine-in experience at a chick-fil-a was better than expected. It was very clean, and for how crowded it was- it was ran efficiently. The workers were really nice, one even gave my daughter the cow ears hat, brought extra sauces to the table and shared in a very nice conversation. I was shocked at how friendly they were there. “This was the best blizzard I've ever had. All other dairy queens I've been to have made me either wrong blizzards or liquidy blizzards and God forbid they ever flip it as the dairy queen motto says. “This place has been around for decades, and their fried chicken is by far the best I’ve had throughout Passaic county. It has a nice spice to it that separates it from others. Their beef patties are also delicious… and you cannot forget to order a burger!

The only concern is the location. They’re located in a dangerous part of Paterson; fortunately, nothing has happened whenever I visited, but always be on alert.“

“What a place with an old time feel! They are on their game, we ordered on the road 10 minutes out and when we showed up our food was waiting for us. After looking around the building, they have a great condiments bar for all your needs! All the employees were working to get people their food and everything from the kitchen that was on the shelf for customers looked awesome! We got cheese burger clubs and some dogs, which were awesome! Bathrooms and everything was very clean and these guys definitely pay attention to detail on everything! In conclusion, all the food we had was great and these guys will see a surge in patronage as word of mouth goes along way. We just stopped in for a quick lunch on coming home from the beach, and the place continued to fill up as we were there! Johnny, Christos, and company are doing a great job and we will be back very often, because their food and menu options are that good! As I am writing, my wife continues to tell me about the food choices available from the Lantern, which is making me hungry as I write this! You boys have a great thing going and keep it up as we will be continuous customers moving forward!

The staff went out of their way to help us find the vegan options on the menu, and when they were out of some ingredients to make certain dishes (it’s Diwali, and so it’s a busy time of year) that featured mushrooms and tofu, they actually custom created a dish so that we could try more of what they have to offer. “It's a great local spot run by Barb. Barb is the best and she makes you feel very welcome. It is super casual and she's willing to make you anything you want with the ingredients she has. She has a lot of regular customers and frequently names menu items after them. She's open early in the morning with hot coffee and breakfast items and on hot days she has ice cream and frozen treats and stuff like that as well. She makes delicious hot dogs with chili and hamburgers as well. I will definitely go back at some point soon to try the other menu items. When I go back it will be only partly for the food, but mostly just to hang out with Barb.“
