My only complaint here: the surroundings the environment is run down and looks dirty ...hardly appealing to new residents or potential customers coming thru the neighborhood would be easily turned off by the way the atmosphere is kept and the lack of nicely kept landscaping - esthetically investing in A major overhaul and some system of cleanliness of the drive thru area would be extremely helpful and ideal. If you go elsewhere you find this to be less an issue. Thank you to all the staff members who do the job well and have been apart of my day in a big way...a friendly hello, and getting my order right is not a lot

“Went here on Saturday April 11, 10am and Ive never been to a Dunkin where the service is beyond your usual nice customer service. The gentleman helping us was friendly, courteous and so professional. We had 3 young kids with us so a lil hectic, man greeted us with friendly smiling face while asking how he can help, we werent ready yet and he was courteous and didnt rush and politely helped the next customer, got our orders explained the items cos i didnt know what to get since i dont go to dunkin often lol. He went above and beyond giving options. provided our orders so fast and the other lady was also so sweet towards our kids. even offered small and tall straws 😄 who does that nowadays in fast food chains offering options ☺️ Also i asked for an extra cup and the lady gave it to me and the man also followed up of I got the extra cup since he was the one talkng the orders and the lady was the one maling the orders. Anyway, didnt expect this level of service from a fastfood chain so thank you for making our experience wonderful. :)“

When I walked in, it was evident that the guy behind the counter was working alone, yet he managed to handle everything efficiently. He greeted me with a warm smile and was quick to take my order, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Despite the rush, he remained attentive and patient, which greatly enhanced my visit.However, my positive experience took a hit when I needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately, it was not in the best condition. It was evident that a previous customer had left it in a messy state, which was disappointing. I expected a higher level of cleanliness, especially considering the great service I had received at the counter.I understand that accidents happen, but maintaining restroom cleanliness should be a priority for any establishment. This aspect of my visit left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth, as it detracted from the overall positive impression I had of the Dunkin location.In conclusion, while the customer service at this Dunkin in Scotch Plains, NJ, was top-notch, I hope the management can pay more attention to restroom cleanliness to ensure a consistently pleasant experience for all customers. “From the outside this place looks like it is falling apart but I was pleasantly surprised when I went inside to see a very clean and upkept looking dunkin establishment. Staff was all super friendly and nice. And food was made quick. Sandwich came out great and my matcha was mixed very well so there was no power all clumped up at the bottom like how some locations do it. Very glad I did not judge a book by its cover and chose to get lunch here. Wonderful experience, will be coming back again.“

“Visiting Prince Donuts last week and spend some time with Fernando who is the owner and his daughter Stephanie who more or less runs that facility in Linden New Jersey. Prince donut produces a very wide variety of baked goods specializing in breakfast type items like muffins and pound cakes in addition to cookies, Black and Whites and more. It's a great business that provides many jobs for the local community while the bakery distributes product nationally and into the Caribbean islands. The family-owned business is very easy to work with and I've enjoyed my relationship with them for many years. Look for their products in the marketplace under the brands Fernando's Bakery, and American classic, and Marcia's Gourmet“

“First time visiting this place and I’m in love with it! The girl with black hair in a ponytail helped us out and she was very kind and made us feel welcome. The food came out quick and hot. My dad and I had the croissant sandwiches and they definitely beat Dunkin. I had the Honey Kiss latte, which was one of the best coffees I’ve had in a long time. The donuts were fresh and everything was spot on! I wish they had a location in Florida, I would come every day!“

“I used to go to a Dunkin’ closer to where I work but they had modified hours during the onset of the pandemic so I started going to this one. Well, the service was so great here and everyone so friendly that I just never left. Always courteous and it was nice to see the employees happy to see their regular customers and enjoy the friendly banter. Great way to start the day.“

“I've gone to this dunkin for years and I come back for a couple reasons. Service is great and I enjoy talking with the regulars that work there. It can get pretty busy during the mornings depending on the day, but still good service. They recently remodeled and I noticed they opened back up. Glad to see them back up and running.“
