“Although they're vanilla, it's not as good as the old carvel vanilla, it is still good and the chocolate is just as creamy and good as anywhere. They offer a wide variety of products from hot dogs to huge sundays. Service is always good but may take some time if they have a long line and are very busy most likely in the summer. As someone else noted, they don't seem to honor some of the promotions or deals. The dairy queen central offers, but I really don't care about that. It's just a very good old fashioned treat.That's as good today as it was in the past.“
“Special shout-out and thank you to Erick and Kona Ice of Paramus who allowed us to roll up on him as he was closed and parked on the side of the road, preparing for an event, and was kind enough to allow us to make a purchase and make this hot summer night that much better. “A must try especially if you are near Dover, NJ. Wonderful ice cream selection-coconut & mango were enjoyed today...best around! Took a pint of coconut home, difficult to find. Friendly & attentive customer service! Family owned & opearting business-seating indoor and outdoor! Great experience-we'll definitely be back! Encourage all to check Dover Scoops and Brews out!“

“Love their custard but they really need to give the customer what they pay for. $5 for a large and they fill it like it's a small. My second issue with this place; consistency is key.“
