“I am writing this review for the Baskin Robbins located within the Dunkin Donuts.I recently contacted this location to order an ice-cream cake for my brother's graduation from college.The woman I texted with to place the order was extremely accommodating and responsive.Further, the cake was not only delicious, but it was beautifully decorated, far beyond my expectations. The woman carried the colors I had requested for the wording throughout the entire cake, from the flowers to the icing bordering the cake.I would absolutely recommend this Baskin Robbins!“

“Jason is honestly one of the main reasons going to Rita’s Ice is such a good experience. From the second you walk up, he’s friendly in a way that doesn’t feel forced or fake—he actually seems like he enjoys being there and talking to customers. It makes a big difference, especially compared to places where workers just rush you through the line.

What really stands out is how helpful he is. If you’re not sure what flavor to get, he’ll give suggestions or let you try samples without making you feel like you’re being annoying. He knows the menu really well and can recommend combinations that actually end up being really good. You can tell he cares about people leaving happy with what they ordered.

He’s also super efficient. Even when there’s a long line, he keeps things moving without making anyone feel rushed. He balances speed with good service, which isn’t easy to do. “PEANUT ALLERGY FAMILY!! Let me start off by saying I love love loved the ice cream here from day 1. The staff is wonderful and super attentive, but last night was above and beyond. I went for dessert with my oldest son and wanted to bring some back for my 8 month old to share with me. We just discovered my 8 month old has a peanut allergy and we aren’t sure what other nuts he might be allergic to yet. I told the staff all of this. The gentleman who made my order went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that ice cream was safe to share with him (of course I know there are no guarantees when you are eating out). I can’t tell you how much that meant to me since allergies like this are new to my family and I. I cannot thank them enough!! They gained a customer for life.“

“We recently had my daughter’s soccer team lunch here on a Sunday afternoon. I spoke with the manager on duty the evening prior and it couldn’t have gone smoother. We had the whole top floor to ourselves. Service was amazing as was the food. We sometimes have issues splitting checks because the girls want to sit together away from their parents but they handled it with ease. I’m still dreaming of the delicious ice cream that was the cherry on top of a great experience.“

“Really fun little spot at Berkeley Heights for a sweet treat on a hot day! The frozen custard is creamy and delicious, and the variety of Italian ice flavors is impressive. Service is quick and friendly — great for a casual stop with kids or friends. Just one heads-up: the Italian ice melts very quickly — mine turned into sugary water in no time. Still, overall a nice experience — just eat fast.“

“The ice cream and Italian ice taste the same at this location as every other location, which is good. The problem is the selection. I was just at a Ritas in Pennsylvania and they had at least 8 different soft serve ice cream flavors, including cake batter and pistachio among others. This location always only has vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. Pistachio is my favorite and I got that when I was in Pennsylvania. I also noticed the other Pennsylvania location had more Italian ice flavors as well.“
