“Excellent, friendly workers! Jim the owner is great! A staple of RP.IGA, please keep a close eye on your shopping carts. Don't let people take them out of the lot and the carts end up on the sidewalks of Ridgefield Park.This is not a supermarket. Don't expect supermarket prices.I do find their meat to be cheaper than Walmart. Let's see if that lasts.Convenient, a godsend when you need it.“

It seems that nearly everything is prepared to order, and as a result if coming here you should be prepared to possibly wait longer than most restaurants for your food to be ready.
I do wish there was a way for the restaurant to communicate this to avoid problems with new customers who may be expecting quicker service.“

“MAHFY was fantastic for our ~100 person wedding, we had a cocktail hour style reception which provided an array of heavy hors d'oeuvres, along with a grazing station and fruits! “We used Certé last minute to cater a professional luncheon for a group of about 25, and the compliments from our guests were nonstop. We ordered a sandwich luncheon with vegetarian options and an assortment of drinks. It could not have been more lovely.

“We ate the eponymous superiority burger - one as vegetarian (the standard) and one as vegan. They were delicious! The burger patty appeared to be house-made and was thinner and had an amazing vegan cheese. The sauce and pickles finished it out perfectly. We ordered the seasonal veg and they were amazing- they’re actually a cold/fermented and seasoned so well!“

The restaurant blends Buddhist philosophy with royal vegetarian cuisine inspired by the Qing Palace. It was my first time trying a full vegetarian tasting menu, and I was impressed by how flavorful and creative every dish was. The mushroom dishes stood out the most, especially the Stichotas japonicus with cucumber sauce, the pan-seared boletus with green millet, and the Nepal mushroom quinoa with pepper sauce. Each course felt balanced and intentional—low oil, low sugar, and focused on natural taste. Even traditional dishes like Buddha Jumps Over the Wall and zhajiang noodles were reimagined beautifully. The dessert, called “Nectar of the Core,” was light and refreshing. Dining at Bodai feels like a calm, thoughtful journey through color, texture, and flavor. His warmth and professionalism, as well as that of his team, takes over the kitchen, and when you're done eating one of the best meals you've ever had, he leaves your kitchen spotless. His service is top notch. We’ve been lucky to have Chef David cook his magic in our home multiple times (recently with an event of 15!) and hope to have him back for many more.“

“This review is long overdue. However, we are glad we waited because seven (7) months later, we are STILL getting rave reviews from our friends and families about the food at our wedding! We had a VERY difficult venue that required all of our vendors to submit referrals and agree to a multitude of specific rules. Our original caterer cancelled two (2) months out from our wedding date (after a year of planning). We did not know what to do! They had already been approved and accepted by our venue. We were devastated! KRISP quickly reviewed the menu / pricing we had negotiated and budgeted with that caterer. They were SO reassuring, and offered us MORE options for a lower cost. We could not believe it! After experiencing an incredible tasting at their gorgeous venue, we were SOLD! THE FOOD IS UNREAL, seriously! When we were low on alcohol, they ran to the store to ensure that our guests would not notice any lapse! They even secured and stored our cake topper for months after our wedding! Despite coming on board with less than 2 months to prepare, KRISP navigated a VERY difficult venue, provided incredible service and kept all the stress out of our site! If you don't scoop them up while you can, your event will not be as good as it could have been.“

“MBG Catering is THE best food we have ever had. Our guests were raving about the food, especially the Cajun salmon and mac n cheese. We were slightly worried when ordering since most guests were bigger guys but there was plenty. “I was on Hudson looking for lunch and found this take out place Ready To Eat. The food was excellent. No joke. I ordered fresh ham and a second dish of chicken. Both came with a side. I chose the Brussel sprouts and a pasta salad.
I brought them home and they were delicious. We have enjoyed each dish we have tried so far. We are delighted to have them near by.Their food is very very good.“
