“I used Duri for my baby’s first birthday party and it was one of the best decisions I made! Andy is so kind and he was very easy to email with about the menu, price, and quantity.

I did a buffet style for our party in Manhattan and they were able to deliver. Delivery was timely and the food was so delicious all my guests were talking about it afterwards! A few friends even decided to cater from Duri after trying it at the party.

Will definitely go with Duri again for future events.

“From the outside, one might think this a food hall of sorts. Its definitely more of a hub for food delivery services. There were countless pickup orders and, including us, 2 other tables that came to sit and eat. The atmosphere has grande ceilings with floor to ceiling windows with bar seating running along and maybe 8 tables. There are hard-copy menus and touchscreen stations to order but the choices are countless; resulting in a time consuming firt-timer experience. There's 1 kitchen that pumps out separate restaurant menu items. The food was ok. I got a Mexican-style chicken bowl that was crossed with another restaurants curry chicken; bites here and there were different. My husband got an Asian-style chicken fried rice bowl that came out cold. 2nd attempt was saturated in sesame oil and inedible. We didn't realize it at the time but Amex Gold got rid of Goldbelly, replaced by Wonder; big mistake in our opinion as Goldbelly is worldwide and Wonder is limited to big-city access for a lesser quality product.“

“My mother's 90th birthday Celebration was hosted by Eastwood Manor and their staff. We got a beautiful and clean space to entertain my mother's guests. The staff was attentive to our requests and injected a suggestion or 2 when necessary. Boucher and Boston are worth mentioning as they stood out. The lady with the reddish brown afro was quite responsive also. The entire staff was friendly and responsive. Whoever is training the staff is doing a great job, as the standards were visible. The food was also great! Friendly and responsive staff, great atmosphere, and great food made the Celebration fabulous, all we had to do was show up doing our part...decorations, DJ, videographer, slide show etc. I would definitely secure Eastwood Manor for hosting another event.“

“We used Thomas Oliver's Gourmet Catering back in March and I truly do not have one bad thing to say about them. The staff was impeccable and took over a lot of the setup, which was so refreshing. They helped me with tasks that were not even directly related to the catering, and they had a smile on their face the whole time. They had great attitudes and really helped light up the space. The food was absolutely delicious, and it was talked about by the guests all night long. If you have the chance to use them for your next event, please do!“

They arrived early to prep and helped setup tables and chairs, bringing a team of 6 or 7 people with them. “This is my go-to lunch spot. They say quality over quantity and this place is a prime example. Menu is not so overwhelming, and does not include superfluous filler wordings which is very convenient, especially if you’re pressed for time during your lunch breaks. Simple straight forward ingredients listed and are always fresh. The sushi chef makes your food right in front of you. Layout is high chairs with high tables, a row of chairs at the window sill table, three family tables and two for couples. Very close to the transportation hub that is Grand Central, if you’re traveling and just want a quick bite or work in the area. They know my name by now, which is embarrassing, but it’s always nice when places remember their clientele.“
