“We used this bakery for our wedding. What drew us to this place was the quality and creativity of their cakes. They were very flexible with doing a take-home cake trial, which they don’t offer, and we greatly appreciate it. The reason why they are getting 4 stars is their lack communication and flexibility for delivering our cake. We had to change the filling last minute on our wedding cake due to no proper storage. I wish they told us the lemon curd needed to refrigerated before choosing it. Also the alternatives they told us was unprofessional. The replacement was good but not what we wanted. If it's a option I would to see how our intended cake was suppose to taste like.“

“A great little bakery ran by very nice women. When I walked into the bakery the smell is the first thing you noticed all the great aromas of different baked goods I bought a few cream puffs, a raspberry oat bar, 2 cinnamon rolls and a French type of dessert with coffee creme it was all so good probably the best cinnamon roll I have ever had. A must stop on a Sunday morning if you're near New Hope PA“

“I am thoroughly enchanted by this café's remarkable offerings. The establishment's commitment to superior quality and distinctiveness in its culinary creations is truly commendable. Each pastry I had the pleasure of tasting was exquisitely flaky, a testament to the chef's adept skill, creating an almost magical contrast with the delicately soft interiors—an impeccable balance of textures. The egg sandwich, generously laden with perfectly cooked egg, was complemented by a sauce that achieved an ideal equilibrium of spiciness, enhancing the overall flavor profile. In sum, this café is unequivocally a gem worth exploring, and I wholeheartedly endorse it as an essential culinary experience.Vegetarian options: Bread options“

Uncle Ed's Creamery Ice Cream Shop • $
155 W Delaware Ave, Pennington - 7.89 miles

“Great selection of treats here, not just ice cream! There are booths inside, along with stand alone tables and chairs, and some outside. Even up until closing they are quite busy, I believe hours may shift between summer and fall/winter so make sure you double check. They have a wide selection of ice cream flavors and Italian ice flavors. The Ed Special is particularly delicious (vanilla ice cream, peanut butter, fudge, and pretzels). Definitely will be coming here when it's warm again in the spring and summer!“

“This was my first time stopping in the Trenton farmer's market. I came here because I couldn't pass up a Nutella croissant. The filling is not thick like Nutella. It is light and creamy, but it does have hazelnut flavor. The croissant is huge and flaky.“

“Stopped in for a cappuccino, pear tart, and apple turnover. The atmosphere lends itself to a Parisian patisserie with a variety of tarts, breads, croissants (sweet & savory) and opera cakes. Noticed a few gf items as well. A light lunch fare was available-sandwiches and salads. . Enjoyed the window view of the canal and the little purse-like coffee cups. The pear tart was good although I wish I had requested a little warm up as it was cold from the case. Apple turnover was enjoyed by my husband. Cappuccino was a little bitter to both myself and my husband, so not much of a fan. Service was acceptable.“

“This is a fantastic restaurant with an amazing menu. The vegetarian omelet and quiche are the best I have ever had. (And there are so many great choices for vegetarians.) Everything is so fresh and perfect. The desserts are so yummy. The service and ambiance are outstanding!! I have recently been there twice in one week. Now I am looking forward to a future Saturday brunch. This restaurant deserves five bravos (stars).“

“Beccas bakery is great BUT the attitude of a few employees is not. Good luck getting any problems resolved or addressed in a professional manner. The girl at the donut counter is not the friendliest. And, the older lady on the other side is not either. The items are fresh, appear to be made daily and the prices are fair. Also, if you are thinking of getting an apple pie or any other popular item for a holiday, have them hold one for you. Dont listen to the "we will have plenty line." That is not always the case. Sometimes you have to wait for them to bake more.We are repeat customers and will continue to be as normally you dont have any issues.“
