“I saw this restaurant on uber eats about a year ago. I have ordered from this restaurant several times at work via uber eats or door dash. Additionally, I realized a few months later that your restaurant is less than 5 min from where I live. I continually order and I refer this place to many people. Anytime I call the order in and have to pick it up, the service is great.
Today I ate inside for the first time and as always the food was delicious. Our waiter, Don was fantastic!

“If you are looking for GOOD NY style pizza, you need to try Nonno's. There are many pizzerias in the Clifton / Nutley area, but in my opinion the pizza here is one of the best I have had. Sauce is favourable. Cheese is good quality unlike some places where they fall off the moment you pick up the slice. Service is super friendly and accommodating. “My son has food allergies and as soon as we started inquiring about ingredients, the associate called for their designated allergy handler. Before we even got into his specific allergies, she wiped down the prep area, changed her gloves and showed us their allergy binder. She prepped everything right in front of us and chose ingredients from under the counter as to avoid cross contamination. Bravo, Jiya! When casually talking with the owner, he mentioned having friends with food allergies so he definitely understood the severity of being diligent with prep. “Had Tagliata (steak) with mushrooms and spaghetti w/clam sauce. SOOOO GOOD! Clams tasted fresh; spaghetti was delightfully Al Dente. Steak was cooked medium rare, tender, and delicious, and the mushrooms were bursting with flavor. Waitress Ersa gave us great recommendations and was professional and courteous. “Hi, just wanted to say. How great this place is. I ordered on Satuday. They forgot to add my 2 chicken empanadas to my pick up oder. I called and left a message but they were closed. I called on Monday spoke to Stepanie and she was very apologetic. She suggested i pick them up. Which I did. Long story short. They replaced it with 4 empanadas. Great customer service. “First time visiting this gem after roaming the area for a good slice. I had them heat up a cheese, famous Giuseppe, and pepperoni slices. All were extremely delicious, thin, and crispy. Just the way I like it. I’m not quite sure what the crust from their special pies are but I LOVE it. The undercarriage is like a thin focaccia style bread. I sat down on the patio as well which kept me nice and cool throughout the experience. Oh and I got a complimentary drink for dining in!

Most importantly, Mr Jack Calandra served me (and my dog with two slices of raw pepperoni) and he was nothing but amazing to say the least. We got to chat a bit and he gave me quick story of how this spot and its specials pies.

“After finishing the kids' new school registration, we stopped by this pizza place for lunch. It was probably the first lunch I'd ever had in this neighborhood. We'd just finalized the house contract, so I'd taken a bus from a hotel in New York City to get here early in the morning.

Both my kids and I wanted a slice of Margherita pizza. But they only had two slices left! I was about to just order something else. But a kitchen staff member who was about to take a break came back in and made us a pizza. They willingly baked a whole new pizza just for one slice of Margherita. That pizza was so delicious, I still can't forget the taste of that Margherita. We were hungry and tired, but it tasted even better because of the staff's kindness in baking a fresh pizza just for us, for that one slice.

Since then, we've become regulars here and still order the Margherita pizza. And honestly, the pizza is truly delicious. It's not just because we feel grateful that we keep coming back.“

The restaurant decor is simple but comfortable with a great hosts. We never felt cramped. The boys enjoyed a chicken pizza half garlic and half bbq drizzle and my wife and I enjoyed a fungi white pizza that was out of this world. “The pizza here is unbelievable. I've had the pizza from this place 2x now and the second time proves the first time wasn't a fluke. The Grandmas pie is absolutely worth the money. Crispy, thin and tons of flavor. Usually Grandmas is so dry and tasteless. This is fantastic. The hot vodka pepperoni pizza was also perfect. Super friendly when I got the pie. If you like crisp and thin pizza this is the place to go. Haven't eaten there yet but looks like it's been nicely renovated. Can't wait to try some of there other items besides the pizza, but it's tough once you have the pizza to want anything else.“

“We went to Gusto on Monday October 11 around 6pm. The waitress was very nice and friendly. All of our questions were answered politely. We received our drinks within 5 minutes of ordering them. We quickly received a basket of warm bread and a dish of high quality olive oil with olives. Our appetizers arrived shortly after. The crispy mozzarella triangles are HUGE! and delicious. The marinara dipping sauce was also very good. We were a party of 5 and everyone loved the food. Steamed clams were flavorful. The fried calamari was perfectly crispy. The pizza was delicious with a nice thin and crispy crust. Prices are reasonable considering the serving sizes are pretty big. The restaurant is very clean and nicely decorated. I especially love the beautiful flower wall which would make a great photo op background for a special occasion. My only suggestion is to add some more non carbonated options to the drinks, à nice lemonade would be delightful.“
