The had sandwiches as well. I decided to get the Popeye slice (spinach & ricotta) and a prosciutto slice. Oh my goodness was amazing!! They had about 10 flavors of gelato to pick from as well. I got a scoop of the pistachio & a scoop of fruity pebbles. I was told by the owners daughter who was at register (very polite & friendly) they make them in house. I had to drive little of 30 min to get there. If you’re in the area stop by or if you like me take a ride. You won’t be sorry. There’s a fountain outside where you or the kids can cool off. The restaurant decor is simple but comfortable with a great hosts. We never felt cramped. The boys enjoyed a chicken pizza half garlic and half bbq drizzle and my wife and I enjoyed a fungi white pizza that was out of this world. “Best tasting pizza, knots, on the UWS dare I say top tier in the city. I shit you not. I been dying to find good pizza spots for years here and randomly tried this spot 2x just to be sure. Amazing pizza the smell the taste of the sauce I don't know what their secret ingredient is but just smell their pizza before you take a bite it's like crack. Only thing I hate is they close at 10 pm so I end up missing them and having to order else where.

“My husband and I was craving some good authentic pizza and let me just say this place DID NOT disappoint. The owner and everyone that worked there was super nice which made me love it even more. I wanted my husband who’s from Baltimore to try zeppole, he’s never heard of it and for me, growing up in Bk and Staten Island it was one of my childhood favs. They didn’t have any made when I asked about it which was fine but while I was in conversation with their delivery driver the owner came out with some. He actually went out of his way to make me some zeppole, and it was delicious and extremely nostalgic for me. He has no idea how that made my day and brought back so many memories to me. Their food is delicious, atmosphere warm and friendly. I recommend this place and we will be back.“
