Service is good here. For the high prices they charge surprise to see plastic plates and plastic utensils 😊

“Overall a fun night, the entertainment and the food were good. The food was better than expected.

The only downside were the alcohol prices. $27 for a double jack and coke which included a souvenir glass, which you have to buy and the refill was $19.

We went with a group of 11 for my daughter birthday. Be prepared to pay a $6 per person mandatory gratuity if you party is 10 or more. people.“

“I saw this restaurant on uber eats about a year ago. I have ordered from this restaurant several times at work via uber eats or door dash. Additionally, I realized a few months later that your restaurant is less than 5 min from where I live. I continually order and I refer this place to many people. Anytime I call the order in and have to pick it up, the service is great.
Today I ate inside for the first time and as always the food was delicious. Our waiter, Don was fantastic!

“Tonight I had the pleasure to dine at Bici restaurant in Ramsey, NJ. From the minute I walked in, I knew I was going to like it! You are greeted in such a warm and friendly manner. One of the owners, Marcello makes his rounds around the room speaking to his customers and making you feel at home. Everything I ordered was delicious and the waiters are so polite and attentive. “Saiguette has a really excellent Banh Mi. The lemongrass pork shoulder is my absolute favorite, the spicy creamy sauce is delicious and the pork is juicy. The veggies inside are generously portioned and the bread is crispy and soft. I probably eat it once a week and its genuinely almost a perfect sandwich.“

“We hosted a surprise 60th birthday party this past weekend and it couldn’t have been more perfect. From the first call to set it up to the moment we walked out the door, the staff made sure it was such a great experience. The people who work there are so attentive and kind. The managers Bryan and Kelly were so helpful in planning our party and Ivan is a rockstar. He took care of our party of 20 and made sure we had everything we needed. We never had to look for him, he was always checking on us and providing excellent service. He truly is so great at what he does. We had a sit down lunch in their cottage room which was so nicely decorated. the space was perfect. We felt like we were in our own restaurant. It was cozy but spacious and they were so accommodating with how we wanted it set up. We were able to bring balloons and decorations and the staff even helped us set up. They had a curtain up in the doorway so we were able to really surprise the guest of honor. Our lunch was delicious. We chose to do the seated option with 3 shareable apps and we picked a menu of 4 main meals from their party menu. Most of us ordered the shepherds pie and it was some of the best we had ever had. The presentation was cute. It came in a skillet which was served on a board with Irish soda bread. It was so delicious. The show stopper was the shareable Irish egg rolls. We couldn’t stop talking about them. The drinks were really good and the bar staff was really attentive to the party. The kids ordered from the long kids menu and they really enjoyed theirs as well. The pricing was very reasonable and worth every penny. We were able to bring our own cake and they cut it up and served it for us which was so nice. I can’t thank them enough for how special they made this experience. Everyone in our party had such an amazing time. The staff here are incredible. I would absolutely consider them for your next party.“

No refunds for persons who cannot make the show, for any reason only a future credit. Even with ear plugs I found the amplification disheartening for such an intimate space, and we were as far from the stage as we could get.“
