“I love Wally's. They have the best deals, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the bagels are great.

On a recent visit, a new employee made some rookie mistakes that I brought up to the owner. He addressed the situation right away and more than made up for the only negative experience I've ever had there.

Last week, I ordered ahead to make sure they wouldn't run out of the bagels I wanted, and the person working that morning greeted me with a huge smile and my order all ready to go. He seemed genuinely excited to help me, as the staff always appears to truly enjoy what they do and make customers happy.

I found the bagels to be soft enough for my kid which was a big deal for him.

Ordered two iced macchiatos without the sugar which was really good

The lady at the register was sweet and welcoming.

It got busy and they handled it really well, it wasn’t a mad house like some places get.“

“Came to the shop for the first time today and I adore the atmosphere. Gives such cool retro vibes. We got the turkey club, grilled chicken, and bulgogi sandwich. Each one is so good! The flavor and moisture of the meat stands out. Hands down the bulgogi was the best one - if you’re craving a Philly cheesesteak - this does the trick!

We met Paul, the owner of the shop - such a sweet person. He was so generous and thoughtful - we got bagels to go because he wanted us to try his French toast one. “Went in Friday morning for a quick breakfast pickup, in and out in 5 minutes with 3 delicious and fresh breakfast specials. Great customer care and most importantly delicious food. My bill for 3 people was $27 including drinks.
