“Went here for the first time today and they were locking the door but we're kind enough to let us in. We tried jersey shore flavor and it tasted homemade. The ice cream was soft and creamy, not at all icy. The Carmel tasted home made and not out of a jar. They are open even though it looks closed when you drive buy. Clean and neat. “We don't often go to the S Olden Ave location but we were pleasantly surprised with the top notch service we received tonight. The two young ladies working there tonight were both very pleasant and friendly, seemed generally interested in providing great service and did a delicious job making our sundaes. We've had less then good service at other local Carvel locations. Very glad we tried going there again.“

They are usually cleaning and changing out the toppings pans when the line isn't out the door. Very friendly and always greet you coming in. I highly recommend.
