“This is a place we want to even during the pandemic, when there was hardly anyone there. Food is excellent, prefix menu before 6 pm is wonderful. It is small, like someone's living room. which is intimate, but you are delegated to a small table when you made reservations for two.. The tables that are for two are so close you hear every conservation and hardly room for your food. I asked if we could have a table for four when we went in at 5:30. Waiter said we could not have a table for four because there were others coming in with 4 .. After we were eating I saw a couple come in and they had a table for 4 but only two of them...Could it be they called the waiter by name? made me feel that all patrons are not created equal....obviously we were not. Good for 3-4 but not two. I asked if we came in at 4 pm, could we have a table for 4 and out by 5.....no was the answer. “Hubby & I dined for the 1st time here & they did not disappoint. We LOVE that all the food was served piping hot. Started with Hotsy Totsy Shrimp & that was DIVINE! Super flavorful & nice size shrimp. Then the fried Calamari, that was ok. We kept getting that stringy bit in every chew so not a fan. But the coating & flavor were good! Then we got a slice each of pizza, Bianca & Boom Shroom. SO DELISH thin, crispy & flavorful. They were “BOOMIN!” Our Sandwiches of choice was Farmer & Grilled Steak. “This place is fantastic!!! The pasta was to die for! The lamb pizza I’ve been thinking about since I’ve eaten it! The only hiccup was that they were short staffed in the kitchen so we were there for a very long time AND my husbands steak was over cooked. They did more than enough to make it right and were very apologetic. The place is very cute and homey inside. PLUS BYOB! We will be back again that’s for sure !“

I loved my drink "Pineapple Jalapeno Mockarita". The crab cake, the best we have ever had - no fillers, just fresh crab meat. It's even better than the ones you get in Alaska. Our meals were absolutely delicious. I had the Butternut Squash Soup and King Salmon with Beurre Blanc with Sundried Tomatoes and my husband had the Scallops with Angel Hair. However, our experience was wonderful, and I can’t wait to go back. Although it's currently the middle of December, I wanted a macchiato over ice, which wasn't on their menu, but when I asked they happily said 'of course'.Seems like I'm going to have to sign up for their points system because I can tell I'm going to be back here a whole lot more.I'm particularly interested in sampling their beans, just wish i didn't have to buy an entire bag of beans. Why don't these local roasters sell sample packs, allowing you to still purchase a pound of beans, but separated into small batches with samples of each bean type? This would allow me to quickly figure out which bean I want to try without having to buy a single large bag and take a month to go through coffee I don't really like before trying the next type . . . “I really really really like this place. I ordered penne (a form of pasta) with butter alongside my family, and I love this place very much. The penne is beyond the term exquisite and the butter with it was amazing. I can only say the downside is the physical appearance and even then I like it. It's a little cramped and it's relatively hard to navigate when with a group even though the place is small, but I genuinely love this place very much. We were the only ones there upon arrival, less than an hour before closing on a Saturday afternoon but shortly after they had a mini rush and some locals picking up a catering order. We ordered a half and full but the half was a decent size so don't be fooled. Two sandwiches, a lasagna roll up and two bevs was about $31 total, I would say pretty affordable. I would return and maybe create my own. The Italian was delicious, def recommend. I got the Chicken Avocado BLT, tasty but not sure I like the fried avocado. Some fresh avocado, cheese and maybe a pesto would've knocked it out the park for me! They also have some frozen items you can take home. Good start to my search for an Italian deli.“

“Came here on Pi day 3/14 for a large plain pie and a grandma’s pie. The plain pie is 11.00 and the grandmas was a little higher. The style is thin crust and does not disappoint. “I made a reservation for 6 (4 adults & 2 kids) through OpenTable for a Saturday dinner at 6. We were seated right away. The place looks like a house and before it was Locanda it was the Montville Inn. We started off with a bottle of Malbec and bread. For primi (appetizers), we ordered the calamari & shrimp with hot cherry peppers off the specials menu, risotto maile, zucchini flowers and mussels. The zucchini flowers were delicious (they come only 2 but we were asked if we wanted to add a 3rd one for $4 which we did). The mussels were not my favorite but my husband loved them. The risotto with the black truffle was incredible - very flavorful. The calamari and shrimp were a hit with the kids. For the main, we ordered different things off the menu but I got the Papardella which was delicious but unfortunately I was all carbed out so we took it home. Kids split the salmon and my husband got the fusili pasta special which was a little on the spicy side. The service was great in the beginning but as dinner went on, our server went missing and we were trying to catch other servers to grab dirty dishes or pay the check. We waited a long time trying to pay (+30 min) and my husband ended up going to the front to ask to pay because we all just wanted to go home. Food was great but service needs a but of tune up.“

The management team (Sal) was amazing. He responded to our every need and provided much needed support during the process. The day before the event, we were surprised by being provided with the largest room which assisted tremendously with the amount of guests expected. The placed was simply beautiful.
