“I order all the time and great food. My only suggestion is for some dinners they offer don't put over pasta unless states. I ordered veal Frances that came with a side of pasta. Veal was on top of and all the lemon butter sauce was soaked up so the veal was dry. Not what I planned on ordering based on menu. But I will never stop going back will just be clear. UPDATE to all. I apologize to francos not a criticism a suggestion. Owner not only called me but so gracious and wasn't want I was looking for. The stuffed filet of sole was outstanding and again one of my favorite places. And the woman who takes the phone orders one of the most pleasant nicest person ever and repeat the order. “The other day I ordered, Frank’s Trattoria (West Caldwell), for lunch. I got their Pepperoni, Chicken Parmesan, & Plain Slice’s. From the toppings and the cheese(s), to the sauce. This place was phenomenal! Their pep & plain slices were a solid 9/10. Excellent flavor, and great texture!! the Chicken Parm slice was extremely sub par though. Was really disappointed. But the pep and plain slices GREATLY impacts my total score. The person who took my order was very rude. I asked if I could leave a tip, they vehemently expressed that they ‘do not need tips, they’ll be ok.’ Their pepperoni and plain pizza was really, really good. Like borderline top 5. Excellent pep slice, excellent pizza. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for really good pizza, and happen to be in the, West Caldwell area. Just don’t expect the best service.“
“This place is fantastic!!! The pasta was to die for! The lamb pizza I’ve been thinking about since I’ve eaten it! The only hiccup was that they were short staffed in the kitchen so we were there for a very long time AND my husbands steak was over cooked. “Love this place. We’ve been coming here since we moved to the area 8 years ago. They’ve hosted our first baby shower and my parents birthday party. However, our experience was wonderful, and I can’t wait to go back. Although it's currently the middle of December, I wanted a macchiato over ice, which wasn't on their menu, but when I asked they happily said 'of course'.Seems like I'm going to have to sign up for their points system because I can tell I'm going to be back here a whole lot more.I'm particularly interested in sampling their beans, just wish i didn't have to buy an entire bag of beans. Why don't these local roasters sell sample packs, allowing you to still purchase a pound of beans, but separated into small batches with samples of each bean type? This would allow me to quickly figure out which bean I want to try without having to buy a single large bag and take a month to go through coffee I don't really like before trying the next type . . . Foodwise, with kids, I was forced to order the plain margarita pizza but ordered the clam pasta and entree with eggplant and chicken (forgot the name). Since I ate the pizza when it was cooled, the dough was a bit tough. Perhaps I'll have to have it when it comes right out. All the pasta and entrees were good. “My husband and I had our wedding here in February 2024. It was exactly what we wanted and our family and friends were blown away. The staff were so helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. We loved all the food and the cocktail hour was awesome. Our guests are still talking about it. “I really really really like this place. I ordered penne (a form of pasta) with butter alongside my family, and I love this place very much. The penne is beyond the term exquisite and the butter with it was amazing. I can only say the downside is the physical appearance and even then I like it. It's a little cramped and it's relatively hard to navigate when with a group even though the place is small, but I genuinely love this place very much. Overall on a scale of 1-10, I'm giving this a 9.7 due to the small inconvenience of small size it that's what happens when your located in a strip-mall. Thank you for your service and food!!“

The bartending service was a little slow, but again it was VERY busy right before a sold out concert at the Prudential Center. The atmosphere was very nice, but very tight and very crowded. I can't fault them for any of this. But I will say that our pizza arrived before our drinks, hence the 3 stars for service.“

“Good food, innovative menu but needs some improvements. Firstly I would request them to check salt levels especially in roasted vegetables and also their blackened mahi came out over cooked. Secondly their seating is very uncomfortable. The tables are too high even for normal size adults for the sofa/bench against the walls and too tight. That said highly recommend trying out - they have great pizza, servers are warm and friendly, the desserts especially brownie with ice cream are awesome.“

“Authentic Greek food down to the water. Super professional Gyros. Everything was delicious and Fresh. I tried a chicken Gyro and a Lamb Gyro. Both were the best i’ve ever had. The meat was seasoned perfect and tender. Gyros were filled to the max and were very filling with tzatziki sauce, lettuce , tomato , onion and even some French fries. I also had fried Lobster claws with a Remoulade sauce over cabbage slaw which was absolutely phenomenal and a chicken Souvlaki platter which was just as good as everything else. I didn’t make it to dessert but they had plenty of options from salads , Gyros, Greek platters and even flatbreads. I will definitely be back to try other things. And I believe most reviews should be based on the merrit of the food and not on "how long someone had to wait" or "all the meals didn't come out at the same time".Anyone who has been here knows that it is SUPER LOUD in there, hence the atmosphere rating.My biggest issue is their takeout. I understand wanting to prioritize the patrons on location at the moment, that's legit money being made right there, however, if they do choose to go that route, they should either stop or pause delivery and togo orders during their "peak" hours. It's frustrating to place an order only to have to wait 30 minutes for it to be "accepted" and then being told it will be another hour before it's delivered. For me personally, no big deal, however, I can see that being very offputting for the majority of the food ordering public. Just my two cents as someone who is now 47 and has been in customer service since I was 14, a good amount of that time in the food industry.“
