“We went to House 157 for dinner on a Sunday evening. We were seated very quickly, within 1 minute after arriving on time for our reservation. The drinks were really good and the ambiance was everything. This restaurant's happening atmosphere is such a vibe. Our entrees were so good, that I can't wait to come back.“

I always order here and always get a mistake or something is missing, which is fine because I'm a cook myself and know when it gets busy your bound to do so, but when the MANAGER/SUPERVISOR tells it's your fault, that's what pissed me last time.
They told me "If you order for pickup and don't immediately come for the order" (Wasn't even 10 minute) "We cancel the order" so I had to wait another 20 minute, fine but then they didn't make my order, had to ask for the supervisor again and tell them about my order, eventually I got it and of course something is missing, but it wasn't a hashbrown or something little, it was an entire big breakfast plate, they even tried to say "No, there isn't one in the order" then I proceeded to show them the damn order.“

“Burger is OK, but I just ordered a flash burger, which has a fried egg. Specifically asked them not to over fry the egg . And they do exactly what I ask him not to do. If you’re gonna put an egg on a burger like that, you might as well scramble it if you don’t know what over easy means. Definitely don’t waste your money if you want an egg on the burger. Because they definitely don’t make it right.“

“A friend of mine extolled the virtues of Shake Shack back in the day when they were in the park in NYC and had cameras set up so you could see how long the line was. Now there are bunches of them and they're all pretty good; some are just better than others. This one at EWR Terminal A is one of my favorite airport Shacks and I think does a better job than most. The atmosphere is very chill and they serve beer. Grab a window booth and watch the planes arrive at and push back from the gates.“

I drive all the way from Staten Island to enjoy a meal. I love the Raitan Clark location. They have good customer service and always warm and welcoming. I was greeted by Grace who helped me complete my order.“

“The food is so good. The burgers are delicious and the fries were seasoned well. But the service is where I have some complaints. The person at the cashier had an earbud in and was talking to a friend, and didn’t acknowledge customers much. That part was a little disappointing.“

Even though they forgot the ketchup, the burger was loaded with enough smack sauce to more than make up for it. “This place is right next to the Hamptonn Inn in Elizabeth which is pretty convenient. It wasn't super busy and they sit you down quickly with some good drinks. Our server seemed newer at her job, or perhaps not very good but the food was pretty tasty we had no complaints. \n\nIt's not fine dining but unless you want to eat at the food court at Jersey Mills or IHOP, this was the best option we found.“

“They have great burgers, cooked well done and fresh; my favorite being the El Paso burger. And a good variety of shakes...coconut, cherry, mango, and caramel. The coconut one slaps different.🤤👍 It was great to see this spot replace the golden arches that was there before, big level up to that downtown Newark, NJ area.“

“Had a few hours to kill before my flight at EWR. Looked up restaurants near the airport, found this and I’m so glad I did. Friendly staff, delicious Beyond Burger wrap w sweet potato tots, and a deeeeelish freshly made strawberry lemonade. Highly recommend! I’m keeping this place in my fav saves. If I’m ever back in Newark NJ I’m def stopping back. That drink was so perfect for the hot day!“

“Oh, this is one of my most favorite places for a cheeseburger. To be honest, the don't look like much, but they taste so amazing. The French fries are also really good - I like to get them well done so they are crispy.

There is a Barnes and Nobel across the street. Behind White Diamond is Tarantella's, which always gets great reviews, so come and make a day of it!

Parking: Limited number of spots, bit usually enough.

Kid-friendliness: Only a few booths, but usually enough. Very kid-friendly food.“

“Stopped in for a late night dinner with my son the food is always good my order wasn’t completely correct but I did like the basil on my french fries I’ll have to do that again sometimes it’s hard to understand people through these plexi glass walls we now live with, well there wasn’t a garbage can available the employee to take my garbage and I appreciate that the sign on the soda fountain to ask for a new cup for refills was a nice add.“

“I have been going to Urban Burger since 2020 and it has never disappointed. I have gotten food in the restaurant and ordered to pick up. I get the BYO chicken burger and the chicken has most delicious seasoning on it that I have ever had. Add a fried egg and a tomato on top and you have a delicious sandwich. I also have been ordering the buffalo wings and the sweet thai chili wings and they are a 10/10. My only suggestion is for them to make an in house ranch instead of using a store brand tasing version. Do yourself a favor and visit here!“

They are very outgoing n respectful n they want me to have a beautiful experience here which I always do "That's y I always come back. “The food is always really good here the service is excellent I'm never disappointed at this location this time I actually ended up getting a shake which I never did before I got the Dubai chocolate pistachio shake it was amazing 😍. The only thing I don't like about this place is everything is separate a la carte so you can't get a meal like french fries and a drink for three people the bill was $85 which I think is kind of a lot for lunch“

“The food is really good it’s a bit pricey but it’s worth it. I love how they make the food with love and care. The employees are kind, caring and loving. They take care of everyone as if it’s their own kids. Also I love how they have vegan options too they don’t discriminate. Helpful tip they should make halal chicken and Lower the prices for college students“

The place itself was no frills with limited seating so good for takeaways.

“This place was amazing as soon as you enter your agreed by the owner all the food is fresh and homemade. I recommend getting the cheesesteak sandwich or any pasta with one of his homemade sauces. I highly recommend the rigatoni with Brandy sauce. Amazing. Will definitely be back.“

“Went there last week to see what this place was about. OMGGGGGG I can't say enough good things about it. I had the matzo ball soup and 1/2 pastrami sandwich with a side of coleslaw. Everything was absolutely delicious. The soup tasted like my grandmother made it. I cantcwait to go back and try other things, especially the breakfast options. The waitstaff was so attentive.“

“Generous amount of food. I ordered Turkey, which is one of the dishes I rate diners on. Compared to other diners, this is a bit above average. However, even with loads of gravy (they gave me a bowl full) and with a mild stuffing, I felt it was a little bland. Good for people on a low-salt diet? I needed to add a lot of pepper and some salt. I still would have liked a more savory taste. Nevertheless, the portion was big and the "side salad" was more like a mini salad entree. Take a look at the pictures. Wait staff was very nice. Lots of people there on a Sunday morning, so you may have to wait. Price is slightly high, but then everything is compared to a few years ago. BUT I'd rather pay more for this kind of quality. “This place is amazing! I have celiac disease and have a hard time finding safe places to eat. I had the gluten free chicken tender platter and chocolate chip cookies, which were both unbelievable. The wait staff was incredibly kind and attentive and explained that everything was prepared separately using a dedicated fryer. My gluten consuming family also loved their food. My husband said it was the best pastrami he’s ever had and my son had an “extra cheesy” grilled cheese. The owner visited our table and introduced himself. Cannot recommend this place enough!“

“I was recently in New Jersey for a concert and staying at a hotel for a few nights. My friend and I were looking for a quick bite to eat nearby. We decided to go to this place on a whim and it turned out to be one of the best decisions ever. The atmosphere was incredible. Everyone in there was so cool and the bartender was fantastic and very helpful. She recommended the Jack Daniels burger so we both went with it. When I tell you we both dreamed about this burger for our entire trip. We ended up going back to this place two more times. It was such a great local place with great people. I can’t recommend it enough. If you’re ever in the area go there and get the Jack Daniels burger. Talk to the locals. Have a pint and enjoy the vibes. 5/5. 10/10. Incredible.“

“I have never been an Applebees person but I went there with my granddaughter and found that the food menu is better than it used to be. I had the shrimp and sausage with penne pasta. SO GOOD…
The drinks are still a bit “weak” but they were good tasting. The service was good too considering that our waiter had a whole section to work by himself.
Overall, I enjoyed the food, atmosphere and service. I will be returning again.“
