“As I was walking to my car today, my bag ripped and most of my fries fell all over the parking lot. One of the workers saw what had happened and was kind enough to run out and offer us another fry. Unfortunately we were in a rush to get to an appointment so I really didn’t have enough time to go back in. But as I was backing out, he came running out with a new order of fries! “I am celiac. They were quick to assure me that they take many precautions when preparing a burger on a gluten free bun. They said they had only one dedicated person working the separate gluten free station in the kitchen and pulled the worker aside in front of me to tell them it was an allergy order.

Fries are in a shared fryer so I couldn’t have them but it was so nice to have a good burger option! The bun was really soft but also didn’t crumble at all. Would recommend!“

“Oh, this is one of my most favorite places for a cheeseburger. To be honest, the don't look like much, but they taste so amazing. The French fries are also really good - I like to get them well done so they are crispy.

There is a Barnes and Nobel across the street. Behind White Diamond is Tarantella's, which always gets great reviews, so come and make a day of it!

Parking: Limited number of spots, bit usually enough.

Kid-friendliness: Only a few booths, but usually enough. Very kid-friendly food.“

“There’s plenty of parking here because it’s a plaza. They’re open until very late so it’s super convenient.

I started coming here because I love the Linden location. Their food here however, isn’t that good. I don’t know what it is.

They added games to this location which is super fun! So I would recommend bringing families here to play board games and eat good food.

I personally love their cheese burger with pepper jack instead & seasoned fries with a strawberry milkshake. Their chipotle mayo is sooo good.“

Everyone in there was so cool and the bartender was fantastic and very helpful. She recommended the Jack Daniels burger so we both went with it. When I tell you we both dreamed about this burger for our entire trip. We ended up going back to this place two more times. It was such a great local place with great people. However, even with loads of gravy (they gave me a bowl full) and with a mild stuffing, I felt it was a little bland. Good for people on a low-salt diet? I needed to add a lot of pepper and some salt. I still would have liked a more savory taste. Nevertheless, the portion was big and the "side salad" was more like a mini salad entree. Take a look at the pictures. Wait staff was very nice. Lots of people there on a Sunday morning, so you may have to wait. Price is slightly high, but then everything is compared to a few years ago. BUT I'd rather pay more for this kind of quality. “This is rough for me to write as I too, whole heartedly take these reviews very seriously. I really wanted to like Wonder, but our first experience was extremely disappointing. We waited almost hour for our food, and for at least 30 minutes we were repeatedly told it was “just being wrapped up and boxed” and would be out “any minute.” Unfortunately, that wasn’t true.

When we asked to cancel our order, the employee at the front repeatedly delayed helping us. She said she needed to get a manager, but instead of doing so, she continued telling us the food would be out soon. It felt like she was avoiding the situation rather than addressing it.

Once the manager finally came out, he was polite, apologetic, and professional. However, we still had to interact with the front employee, whose attitude came across as sarcastic, dismissive, and rude. We also witnessed her responding similarly to other customers. One customer was upset about his order, and she told him he should have used DoorDash. She also told multiple people, “You don’t have to wait 45 minutes—you can take a walk,” which only added to customers’ frustration.

It’s unfortunate that this was our first visit, especially because we brought family who were visiting from out of town. The food may be good, but the customer service and communication left a very poor first impression. I hope management provides additional customer service training so future guests have a better experience.

The fries are just as good - especially the smash fries with seasoning.. and everything comes out hot and fresh.
