“Burger is OK, but I just ordered a flash burger, which has a fried egg. Specifically asked them not to over fry the egg . And they do exactly what I ask him not to do. If you’re gonna put an egg on a burger like that, you might as well scramble it if you don’t know what over easy means. Definitely don’t waste your money if you want an egg on the burger. Because they definitely don’t make it right.“

“I have been to other 30 Burger locations so was looking forward to giving this location a try. So the soft open event started at 6pm and they were stern with that. I called and who I believe was the manager answered and agreed to take my order and have it ready for 6pm. I ordered the chipotle bison burger, seasoned fries, and a snapple.

When I arrived I sat in the parking lot til it was close to time to go in the event. The line started to form quickly so I was glad to have gotten on it when I did. I found the manager who I spoke to and he told me the food wasn't ready and give it 10 more minutes. He seen I wasn't too happy and he offered to throw something else in of my choice and I chose the sweet potato fries. The food was done in about 10 minutes. I am happy I didn't have to wait too long because the line was bananas. When I dug in the bison burger was good and so was the seasoned fries. The sweet potato fries were not so great. All in all I had a pretty good experience.“

“Great experience at Shake Shack at Newark Airport! The service was really good and surprisingly fast, especially for an airport. Everyone working there was very friendly and helpful, and the burgers were absolutely delicious.

The prices were also pretty reasonable. Obviously, it’s airport food, so you expect to pay a little more, but honestly, it wasn’t nearly as overpriced as I expected.

Good food, fast service, and really nice staff. Definitely a great option if you’re at Newark Airport and want a good burger before your flight!“

We ordered brisket fries,cheese fries, smash patty melt, Montclair Blue Burger, build your own burger and 3 shakes. Everything was amazing including the burger buns (fluffy and airy). I wish they were closer to us, Old Bridge could definitely use a really good burger place.“

“The Livingston CARS restaurant was small, but it was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and chatted with us a little bit before we left. We ordered take-out, and everything was well-packaged and clearly labeled so it was easy to sort out the items for our family members. The food was delicious and filling. I started coming here because I love the Linden location. Their food here however, isn’t that good. I don’t know what it is.

They added games to this location which is super fun! So I would recommend bringing families here to play board games and eat good food.

“This is rough for me to write as I too, whole heartedly take these reviews very seriously. I really wanted to like Wonder, but our first experience was extremely disappointing. We waited almost hour for our food, and for at least 30 minutes we were repeatedly told it was “just being wrapped up and boxed” and would be out “any minute.” Unfortunately, that wasn’t true.

When we asked to cancel our order, the employee at the front repeatedly delayed helping us. She said she needed to get a manager, but instead of doing so, she continued telling us the food would be out soon. It felt like she was avoiding the situation rather than addressing it.

Once the manager finally came out, he was polite, apologetic, and professional. However, we still had to interact with the front employee, whose attitude came across as sarcastic, dismissive, and rude. We also witnessed her responding similarly to other customers. One customer was upset about his order, and she told him he should have used DoorDash. She also told multiple people, “You don’t have to wait 45 minutes—you can take a walk,” which only added to customers’ frustration.

It’s unfortunate that this was our first visit, especially because we brought family who were visiting from out of town. The food may be good, but the customer service and communication left a very poor first impression. I hope management provides additional customer service training so future guests have a better experience.

However, even with loads of gravy (they gave me a bowl full) and with a mild stuffing, I felt it was a little bland. Good for people on a low-salt diet? I needed to add a lot of pepper and some salt. I still would have liked a more savory taste. Nevertheless, the portion was big and the "side salad" was more like a mini salad entree. Take a look at the pictures. Wait staff was very nice. Lots of people there on a Sunday morning, so you may have to wait. Price is slightly high, but then everything is compared to a few years ago. BUT I'd rather pay more for this kind of quality. We decided to go to this place on a whim and it turned out to be one of the best decisions ever. The atmosphere was incredible. Everyone in there was so cool and the bartender was fantastic and very helpful. She recommended the Jack Daniels burger so we both went with it. When I tell you we both dreamed about this burger for our entire trip. We ended up going back to this place two more times. It was such a great local place with great people.
