This place seems super new, and I've started stopping by after my classes at NJIT since it's nearby and opens early enough. The baristas/workers have great customer service and are very kind and welcoming! The space is quite small as there's only 4-5 tables, but considering the location, it's good for grab-n-go customers.
The food I've had so far are the blueberry danish, almond croissants, and the classic sandwich. Everything tastes fresh and it's great that the pastries are toasted/hot when they serve it. The drink selection is amazing, and the drinks I've had so far are the best in the area! The drinks seem pretty consistent-tasting too!

“Stunning cafe. Hidden gem for sure. In the middle of the craziest morning, I couldn’t have had a better slowdown than Orange House Cafe. The barista was really patient, kind. I was really taken aback when I saw the elegantly made cappuccino presented to me and the cookie smells delightful. Can’t wait to come back everyday.“

“I came in to grab an iced coffee because I prefer to support small businesses over chains ⛓️‍? I laughed when I saw a “friends don’t let friends buy Starbucks” sign inside and they’re absolutely right.

They have ample coffee options (thank you) and I was indecisive about which flavor to add to my iced coffee but the man behind the counter recommended the Jamaican blend - y’all it did NOT disappoint! He made it exactly as I asked for (with lots of milk and a little sugar). It cooled me off on this hot and humid day.

“When I first moved from NYC to NJ, I looked for local coffee shops and found this nearby. It's a cute café great for studying and working. Their breakfast is enjoyable, and their coffee is elite. They use coffee ice cubes, which make your drink stronger and more flavorful as they melt. Must try!“

“A fantastic find on our last morning in Newark, the breakfast menu was bigger than we expected and we needed extra time to decide! Excellent food, very good portion sizes for the price (neither of us finished!) and the coffee was good too!

We had the poached egg and salmon toast and the breakfast sandwich with two meats of my choice on a bagel, a lot of options to customise and came with lovely sides of potatoes. We got an iced vanilla latte and a regular vanilla latte, both with oat milk that went down very well.

“This is a great little café/diner right next to the Westfield train station. We are fairly new to Westfield and went there for the first time a couple of weeks ago. We were wowed by the wonderful customer service of our waitress, Cindy. She was very attentive, provided great order suggestions and also brought over their delicious housemade hot sauce to go along with our eggs. All the food we ordered was wonderful, including the short stack of chocolate chip pancakes, the egg and cheese sandwich on a hard roll, and the Florentine omelette. The chef (maybe owner?), Ash even stopped by later on towards the end of our meal to check on how everything was. We meant to write this review right after that, but then never got around to it and when we went back today a few weeks later, we realized how much we needed to write this up! This time Kirsten and Cindy both helped us out, and Cindy remembered us by our orders from the last time even though we had only been here one time- very impressive and shows a great attention to detail and customer service. Ash came by also, and it was clear he remembered us as well. The food was fresh and tasty yet again (we got the French toast, egg and cheese sandwich, and Greek omelette this time) and the prices are great. This place is a gem and is definitely becoming one of our go-to spots!“

“I had the pleasure of both dining at Anthony's Cheesecake and having them Cater a 40th birthday party for me. I have to say I was impressed by the food and service. It was evident that Anthony is a caring individual who goes out of his way to treat his customers well. I was nervous about throwing a special birthday party, and Anthony took all the stress of the catering off my shoulders with his guidance and reassurance. The food I had at the restaurant was delcious! The catering was fresh, and overall very well done. I loved it, and got so many compliments on the food. I am very grateful to Anthony and Anthony's Cheesecake for taking care of me and my guests so well. I will definitely be going there again, and Anthony's Cheesecake will be my first thought when I need to cater events in the future.“
