“I ordered catering for our kitten rescue’s volunteer gathering for the wrong day and when I realized my mistake, I only had 30 minutes before the event started. I called the store in a panic! Primos rushed to get our order together in record time and I was at the event with our food only 20 minutes late. I couldn’t believe how kind they were. The food was delicious, and staff is so friendly!“

“I’ve walked by this spot so many times, and it seemed every time I was hungry they were closed (closed on weekends) but today I finally stepped in. I ordered 2 bánh mìs and a Vietnamese coffee. Pete, the owner/operator of the spot was the only one there and we instantly jumped into great conversation about the music scene in Philly back in the late 90s. We ended up knowing a lot of the same people. Philly is a tight knit group. So even before eating the food I was already a fan of this spot. Pete served me his special take on Vietnamese coffee while we talked and he made the sandwiches. The iced coffee was excellent, but different and less sweet than Vietnamese coffee I’ve had in the past. He also used ice cubes made of coffee which was an added bonus for a coffee junkie like myself. After we talked for nearly 20 min, I walked home with my sandwich and WOW! Such a solid bánh mì! I told him to make it like he would make it for himself (spicy) and he knocked it out of the park. I’ll be back and I’ll be bringing all my music friends here when they are in the neighborhood. I highly encourage Olde City residents as well as Philly locals to give this place a try!“

“Was craving cheese fries and heard Poe’s has great ones. Can confirm the cheese sauce itself was very tasty. I wish the fries were crispier, they seemed like natural hand cut fries but got too soggy. Some sogginess is expected with hot gooey cheese on top, but I’ve had crispier.

“First of all, very kind and genuine staff. Delicious food and an insane beer selection. Grab and go fruit, kimchi and other snacks. Peaceful spot to eat-in and sip a beverage for lunch. “I only get to order from here a few times a year unfortunately, but every time i get something from here it is great. Eggs are always cooked perfectly. They're variety is fantastic. Cupbop is always great and hardy! They are a family and very friendly people every time. This most recent experience was interesting. I placed an online order and went to pick it up and when i got there all the lights were out due to a black out. I saw someone else go inside and talked to the owners about my order, and they still made my order for me in pitch black! I have never had a restaurant do this, ever. Every time i can get down here and have time i will support them. Everyone else should as well.“

“Listen, I know this is just a Jersey Mike’s but it wasn’t to me. I take my subs very seriously! We were in town and needed a fast dinner, and I want to really shout out the crew around 5pm on Dec 21! They took my order over the phone because I wanted something specific, me and the lady were laughing while I placed my order! When I arrived, my order was ready so much faster than I thought and the two male employees were so kind!
To be real, it was the best sub I’ve had hands down. I can’t get any other Jersey Mikes in my area to make it like they did. I dream about this sandwich.

“I stopped in to get a two foot or as Primos calls them a whole audiablo hoagie. I grabbed chips soda and a dessert. It was all fresh delicious and moderately priced. Primos costs a little more than your average hoagie shop but the quality is more than worth it. Fresh baked rolls and generous amounts of Thurman's quality deli meats and just the right amount of fresh vegetables. I highly recommend this place if you want quality delicious hoagies.“
