We went an hour and a half before closing and our waitress kept saying they would be closing soon and giving a terrible attitude to us throughout our whole meal. I’ve never had such bad service. The service was extremely disappointing and made my family uncomfortable throughout our whole dining experience. The waitress was outright rude and hostile. The food alone is the only reason I would ever go back. Hopefully they get some new staff“

I reached out to the Churn House asking if they could accommodate our K students and they did not hesitate at all. They opened their ice cream shop early just for our school to enjoy. “I have eaten here twice. Once was in the fall, and now today, right before Christmas. The ambiance is the most charming! I loved it as soon as I walked in. Some places that are adorned aren’t kept very tidy. Jon & Patty’s is VERY clean! Never do you worry about dust or debris. The coffee and apple cider are AMAZING! You will miss out if you don’t treat yourself to one of them. I personally suggest the cider. I normally NEVER get cider anywhere… but this cider is next level! The food is fantastic… definitely try the nutty chicken salad and the sweet potato fries. Jon and Patty’s is sure to please!“

“We were there for a birthday celebration on Sunday. We were seated so we could see the water. (The scenery of the water is very relaxing!) I would call for reservations but expect to wait. Your reservation will help if there are many walking in to dine. It was jam packed when we arrived-- excellent deal!The food was good and the portions were excellent for 3 courses for 25 dollars on Sunday from 1-4pm. Definitely, have the crabcake and the turkey meal. It was not sliced deli meat! I would suggest you ask your meal be piping hot when it arrives at your table. Our food was delicious- the Maryland crab cakes were quite good- no filler and jumbo lumps of crabmeat. Bravo to the chef for consistently excellent preparation and presentation with lots of delicious sides. Highly recommend!“

“We went twice. All the food was pretty good. I recommend the chicken quesadillas. They're a bit pricey ($15) but they were really good and everything is more on the boardwalk so not really out of the norm there. Pizza is good ($9 for the cheese combo- 2 slices and a small drink)- guys there were pretty great-one upgraded our drink for free and that little bit of kindness brought us back for more food. Burgers, chicken wings were good. Not the best ever but pretty good overall. I do love the variety so it's a great place to bring a family.“
