“I was recommended to Cupcake Magician as I needed to order a cake for a rehearsal dinner and I do not live local to the Red Bank NJ area. I spoke to Danielle regarding what type of cake I would like. She took my order over the phone and was happy to deliver the cake to the restaurant, which is very close to the bakery. The cake was delicious, and we took home the extra and enjoyed it again the next day! I ordered a 9 inch vanilla layer cake with chocolate mousse filling and vanilla buttercream frosting. She handled my issue with such impeccable customer service and resolved it immediately. “I ordered a custom birthday cake for my twins. It had a picture of them with their faces as spiderman. It came out awesome. There was an issue with the 3rd party delivery, but no one from the store called me to give me a heads up. It wasn’t until my husband asked where the cake was so he can see how it came that i realized it was never delivered! I called and the girl working got in touch with her manager who was very accommodating and super nice. We figured an alternative way for me to get the cake delivered with expenses covered and they also gave us some free ice cream cookie sandwiches which was a pleasant surprise! I would order a cake from them again.“
