“Great food and great people. Highly recommend them!“

“Fresh, flavorful, great quality. well seasoned with awesome layers of flavors. beyond impressed. out of towner who swung in for a quick meal before a show. byob is an awesome touch and makes up for the slightly higher pricing. service is great too with knowledgeable and friendly staff. 5/5“

“For a $1000 meal I expect flawless service and unfortunately that was not the case. Drinks ordered during dinner arrived while eating desert. Two times they brought over the wrong drinks and one order they completely forgot.. Also when waiter brings over food he should know who ordered what and not have to ask again. Food was good but service needs improvement if those are the prices you will be charging.“

“This place checks off all the important parts of a food business. Consistent, clean, friendly, quality, value, and taste. It is difficult to have it all…this place does. No need to go to NYc for a platter- it’s amazing here!“

“Stopped by Hummus Republic and honestly didn’t expect it to hit this hard. Everything tasted fresh, portions were filling, and the flavors were on point. Great spot if you want something that feels healthy but still super satisfying. Definitely coming back.“

“CAVA!! You have NO right to be so DELICIOUS and be 30 minutes from my house 🤣 but really please bring one down to Carolina forest SC! I had the salmon strawberry bowl how it comes but pickles onions instead of the tomatoes & it was out of this world .. I will be back!!!“

“Wonderful experience dining here. Delicious chicken combo for 2 - chicken chops especially good!, varied dips with pita, large servings. It was all great. Service and atmosphere were super too. Will definitely be back, highly recommend.“

“Hey there ? I live in Islamabad, I visited Gyro King, the food is so Delicious and everyone who works there is so sweet and kind also the staff is so kind. We had visited many great places but I loved the Gyro King food. The Araby salad is so good in taste and all the other dishes I tried is also so yummy and delicious. Keep up the good work guys and don't let up on the consistency!“

“With the bar as large as your is, the bartender, Anthony Kovach keeps constant vision on drink levels and show a very high level of customer service.. When in a bar and the bartender is good, I ask them for their name and yell them I appreciate the service.“

“Got the hawawshi and a kofta kebab grill sandwich. Unbelievable!!!! Everything was actually so good and getting extra spicy garlic sauce was a wonderful choice. Please rutgers students and johnson and johnson employees please try this place!!!!“

“Found this place by accident as I went to the movies across the street thought it was the Sahara that used to be in brooklyn no ties or not connected. Glad I went in. Place was beautiful and felt like I wasn't in America. The staff was amazing and our server omeer was very nice. I will come to this place every time im in the area now. Food was delicious 😋 every. “Amazing food! Thank you so much for our dinners! Everything is delicious“

“We were visiting from the UK and went here following a recommendation from our US family. The service we received was warm and friendly with nothing being too much trouble. The food was served promptly and very tasty. I would highly recommend them to anyone reading this review 😊“

“The food was fresh and flavorful; Gongura Chicken and Chicken Biryani were delicious. This is an excellent Indian takeout option if you are in or around Warren area. They were delayed in preparing my order, but Harsha followed up promptly with professional and courteous response.“

“Great tasting food with big portions at a really good price, the meats are well seasoned, I always order the scorching hot level spiciness and it gives a nice kick. On the Stix is a bit weaker compared to On the Rox because the fries could use a bit more crispiness, but overall a really nice place.“

“Loved Sofra! The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. We started with the baba ganoush and that huge warm bread, which was so good. For our mains, we tried a few different kebabs and grilled meats with rice, salad and pickled cabbage. Everything was cooked perfectly and the portions were generous.
The restaurant is cute and colorful inside, the service was great, and we left completely stuffed. Definitely one of those places I’d happily come back to“

“Was impressed with the decor, service and food. The BBQ burger was cooked perfectly! Made with fresh meat (not frozen formed patty) - not sure whst the English would be but I know it in Yiddish as “hockfleish.” The BBQ sauce added to the taste of the meat without being overpowering and the onion, pickle, lettuce and the challah bun were all extremely fresh. Looking forward to coming back snd trying the other choices!“

“We’ve become “regulars” at this wonderful restaurant, soon after they became kosher. We visit regularly, and get takeout pretty often. The food is great! It’s consistent and just SO tasty. And the staff… Absolutely terrific!!!“

“Great ambience with even better food. The server was really good he made us felt welcome and also suggested what we should order. Lamb Adana kababs were very authentic and really tasty I will suggest it as a must have if you like Mediterranean food. Also ordered Tas kabab, it was really good, the meat was really tender and gravy complimented the rice it was served with.“

“Great place for Gyro sandwiches and platters. The food is simply delicious !!! 😊“

“We had my daughter’s bridal shower here. From the first time I met Anthony I felt like family. Everything was so smooth working with him and his staff. Helped in any way they could with setup. Service was first class. The food - was amazing - every dish was fresh, hot and delicious. Could not have had a better event!“

“I love this place! Chicken schwarma is sooo good! Generous portions and even the rice is yummy“

“A Greek experience away from home. All are super authentic from the deserts to the coffee.“

“We got the combination platter for two. More than enough food. Everything was delicious and the staff was friendly.“

“Never had better Mediterranean food ever. I’ve tried authentic shawarma from several places but never like this place. I’d suggest taking babaganoush and lamv🤤🤤 my dad is veg he loved the paneer and soya😍“

“Kyma is the reason we drive 30 minutes for amazing authentic Greek cuisine. Our appetizer/small plate of smoked eggplant dip & lamb empanada with herb mint sauce was a wonderful start. Sea bass in tomato broth with potatoes & Aegean shrimp dish were perfectly prepared. We had to have the baklava with vanilla ice cream (no pic as we attacked it!). The ambience, service and food made for a beautiful meal!“

“Owner and employees are very friendly and that makes for a great place to eat and relax“

“the best made from scratch in house Middle Eastern food in all of central New Jersey and the owners are extremely friendly great place to either take out or casual setting get a bite inside“

“So grateful to Café Picasso for making my birthday dinner last Friday night a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was above and beyond! It's dimly lit inside which made reading the menu a bit challenging. However, everything we did order made up for it! I highly recommend the Frittura di Calamari for an appetizer. The following dishes we ordered were spectacular! Rigatoni alla Vodka, Penne alla Grotta, Gnocchi Alessandra, Norwegian Salmon (special), Penne al Forno, Spaghetti alla Carbonara and the Pollo alla Francese! It is a BYOB establishment, luckily there is a wine and spirits store next door. My family will definitely be returning to this beautiful gem in the heart of Somerville!“

“Food is amazing and great service!!!! Highly recommend 🙏🏼🥰“

“We visited the New Brunswick, NJ location on March 11,2025 around 8:30pm and must say we are extremely disappointed with the service. Here’s our saga: we ordered chicken Kakab platter in person and asked the person behind the counter to put the olives, turnips and pickle on the side. It was shocking to hear that the guy told me that I have to pay extra. I told him again I am not asking for anything extra but just that I need my olives, pickand turnip which is on top to Be put in the side he reiterated and said that it will be an extra charge. The manager had put in a new policy in place. Is there any checks and balances in place to control this nonsense This is so bizarre….let me ask you this …. If I go to a burger joint and ask them for fries in a separate plate (again not extra) would they ask me for more money? What’s going on Mamouns? Not expecting from you guys…. Utter disgrace…. We have been your patrons since last 20 years ….. its makes us think twice if we really want to go to Mamouns again. This is totally unacceptable.“

“Great staff, meal options, and service! We order often and always enjoy the food and generous portions. Everyone is nice and friendly. It’s also located in a convenient area - easy to go in, order and get exactly what you want! It’s halal and has vegetarian options also so it appeals to all customers. Highly recommend 👍“

“So good .... .....“

“I love this restaurant so much! I've ordered the grilled octopus appetizer two weeks in a row—it's absolutely delicious. The meat is tender and fragrant, absolutely worth a try. For my main course, I had the chicken souvlaki with lemon potatoes, which was delicious and perfectly seasoned. The accompanying olive bread was the perfect icing on the cake and complemented every dish perfectly. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The service is personalized and relaxed, creating a homely dining experience. They also offer BYOB (Bring Your Own Wine), which is a real plus! People always seem happy dining at Pithari Taverna—perhaps because of the warm atmosphere, the delicious food, or simply because of the authentic Greek atmosphere🥰“

“We've enjoyed their lunches and their dinners. We love their salad- fresh tasty cucumbers, tomatoes and ? that makes it great. We like their lentil soup. We adore the special Noni Afghan (or Nan, a staple, long, oval flatbread with a chewy interior and crusty exterior). We like the choice of rice (my favorite is weird brown long rice with carrots and raisins) We have tried most of the meat choice- all are delicious. 3 very different sauces are fun - the white yogurt sauce makes everything tastes great. The service is always friendly, never rushed. We enjoy coming to Silk Road often.“

“Love this place! Fast delivery always, and everything is delicious!“

“Such a good spot near Rutgers! I got the lamb over rice and it was honestly so good. The lamb was perfectly seasoned, the rice was flavorful, and everything tasted fresh. The portions are generous too, especially for the price. The staff was really friendly and service was quick. Definitely coming back to try more!“
