As expected from a restaurant based in the US, there are minor compromises made to adapt a bit to the American taste, but 95% of the menu you would find in a typical restaurant in Toscana or Lazio. The location has parking and the ambience is simple yet refined.There is a large choice of antipasti and primi piatti (large portions) mostly of home made pasta, cooked absolutely al dente. Seated, given water and cocktail request taken. Drinks came shortly after (and were very good). Food orders taken and away we go! Appetizer came out, which I thought was small, but once tasted, I could tell ingredients were quite fresh. Entrees arrived and were very good. The knowledgeable waitstaff always guides us toward the best combinations. Last night we tried the stuffed eggplant appetizer- it was rich, salty, sweet, and sour. Probably not for everyone but it's now a favorite of ours. We also tried the pistachio lamb kebab, which was really unique and delicious. It came wrapped in a flatbread and covered in a tangy tomato sauce and ground pistachios. Super unique and tasty. Dessert was baklava made with kataifi and ground walnuts. They made the Naan fresh after ordering.The owner also gave a sample tasting of their soup which was a kind gesture and the soup itself was also great flavorful and the right amt of spices that wasn't overbearing!My friend and I both got wraps and they were quite good.. Actually very good that I'd gladly make tbe 45 min drive from my home to visit this place again!I saw other folks come by in the early evening and overheard their convos with the owner.. The interior is pretty nice with lots of space, good natural lighting, and rather clean. You order here at the front and then sit down and they'll bring you your food. I ordered two of my favorite foods - avgolemono and a gyro pita. The avgolemono was good, but I'd leave it at just good - although it's one of my favorite soups generally, I probably would try something different next time. The gyro pita was also just good - I'd say it definitely could use more sauce. It was tasty but definitely on the drier side for most gyros I've eaten. Not a bad stop at all, and clearly a popular destination for the community!“

We could have been satisfied with these first offerings, which were offered with our entree. My wife had the Large Mantu, which are steamed dumplings filled with minced beef, chives, and afghan spices, garnished with dill yogurt. She shared some with me: delicious! I had Banjan, an eggplant dish redolent with Afghan spices. Both entrées came with Naringe Palaw, a rice with orange and saffron, an intriguing combination of flavors. My wife, who doesn't particularly like eggplant, loved my dish almost as much as I did.
