“Hidden gem of a restaurant-Came to this area of NJ visiting Crystal spring resort and found Blue spice kitchen and decided to try it out with my wife.First impressions walking in - amazing decor, love the interior design. Atmosphere was warm and cozy. Everything was clean.The waitress (Kierra - sorry if got the name wrong) - she was very delightful. Extremely friendly and had a positive fun personality.We ordered the volcanoe kimchi fried rice and bulgoghi with rice. Very good dishes. Taste was spot on. Taste similar to if I was in south korea.Prices are fair, great service, tasty food.Definitely would recommend“
“Today I was in this restaurant and I had the best experience I have ever had in any restaurant, a man served us. His name is TY, he is a very kind and helpful person, nowhere that I have been has they given me this service. He is a kind, attentive and above all very funny man. I went home super happy as did my girlfriend, thanks to him we had the best night and even the food was delicious because when you go to a place and the person is kind that influences everything.Thank you very much TY for everything, thanks to you I will return to PF Chang.Your service and treatment was 100/10.“

“me and my boyfriend come here ALL the time. last night for valentine’s day, we made a reservation for 7:30, we knew they’d be pretty busy as a amazing hot spot, especially on a night like valentine’s day. we got our apps and drinks, but as 9:00 approached, we were still waiting for our food. we live about 20 mins from there and were getting kind of tired and decided to ask to have our food packaged to go. being that at that time, they were still extremely busy, nevermind the overflow of take out orders, the staff was absolutely incredible. we could see them rushing around, but making sure to attend each table! their hard work did not go unnoticed!!!!! we felt bad about having changed our order to go, if we had made our reservation for earlier, we definitely would’ve sat and stayed. a HUGE THANK YOU TO THE AMAZING STAFF AND KITCHEN!!!!! they packed our food to go, and 2 kitchen staff came and apologized for it taking so long, we which SO understood, and didn’t want them to feel bad at all!! when we got home, we had noticed that free of charge, they gave us another round of the appetizers we ordered, FOR FREE, and also threw in a free order of shrimp dumplings that we did not order!!! i didn’t want their kind actions to go unnoticed. we thank you so much for your kindness, and can’t wait to come back again soon!!!! this place is just the best!!! never disappointed!“
