Mark took care of me from the moment I sat down at the bar and made sure everything was to perfection. Mark is an absolute asset to the Springfield location. The food was okay but the service is really what makes people come back. I rate his service a 10/10 because he really cares about the people having an excellent dine in experience. “This place is fantastic!!! The pasta was to die for! The lamb pizza I’ve been thinking about since I’ve eaten it! The only hiccup was that they were short staffed in the kitchen so we were there for a very long time AND my husbands steak was over cooked. We ordered a half and full but the half was a decent size so don't be fooled. Two sandwiches, a lasagna roll up and two bevs was about $31 total, I would say pretty affordable. I would return and maybe create my own. The Italian was delicious, def recommend. I got the Chicken Avocado BLT, tasty but not sure I like the fried avocado. Some fresh avocado, cheese and maybe a pesto would've knocked it out the park for me! They also have some frozen items you can take home. Good start to my search for an Italian deli.“

I’ve never questioned how amazing the pizza was, it was more when they first opened the wait was outrageously long and often was not ready after the two and a half hour wait. It was because of that I haven’t been back until tonight. Expecting the wait would still be long for a Sunday, called around 5:30 and given a pickup time of 6:45, significantly improved!
