Why don't these local roasters sell sample packs, allowing you to still purchase a pound of beans, but separated into small batches with samples of each bean type? This would allow me to quickly figure out which bean I want to try without having to buy a single large bag and take a month to go through coffee I don't really like before trying the next type . . . The penne is beyond the term exquisite and the butter with it was amazing. I can only say the downside is the physical appearance and even then I like it. We were the only ones there upon arrival, less than an hour before closing on a Saturday afternoon but shortly after they had a mini rush and some locals picking up a catering order. We ordered a half and full but the half was a decent size so don't be fooled. Two sandwiches, a lasagna roll up and two bevs was about $31 total, I would say pretty affordable. I would return and maybe create my own. The Italian was delicious, def recommend. I got the Chicken Avocado BLT, tasty but not sure I like the fried avocado. Some fresh avocado, cheese and maybe a pesto would've knocked it out the park for me! They also have some frozen items you can take home. Good start to my search for an Italian deli.“

I’ve never questioned how amazing the pizza was, it was more when they first opened the wait was outrageously long and often was not ready after the two and a half hour wait. It was because of that I haven’t been back until tonight. Expecting the wait would still be long for a Sunday, called around 5:30 and given a pickup time of 6:45, significantly improved! My order was JUST taken out of the oven when I walked in at 6:45 and to no surprise, the pizza was divine. Got the Diavolo with vodka instead of spicy and it was just perfection.
