“La Focaccia is an excellent Italian restaurant in Summit and the perfect spot for a cozy, romantic date night. My fiancée and I celebrated New Year’s Eve 2026 here, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. It’s a family-owned gem with a relaxed, welcoming vibe. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and patient—making us feel taken care of from the moment we walked in. They started us off with complimentary fresh bread, served with garlic and olive oil that was absolutely amazing—honestly, some of the best olive oil I’ve had outside of Barcelona or Rome. For appetizers, we ordered the goat cheese salad, which was beautifully balanced with warm walnuts, arugula, and creamy goat cheese simple, fresh, and perfect.
For our mains, we had the gnocchi and the black spaghetti with seafood, and both dishes were outstanding. The gnocchi was light and tender, while the seafood pasta was flavorful, with just the right mix of freshness and depth.
La Focaccia truly offers a little taste of Italy right in the heart of Summit. We’ll absolutely be coming back and if you’re planning a special night out, you should too. 🍝❤️🍷“

“We had the pleasure of dining for the first time at Due 360 in Summit. From the moment we walked in, Luis the manager and Brianna welcomed us and seated us promptly. Luis was very attentive and made sure we were happy with our order. Our server Sofia was extraordinary! she was warm and friendly with genuine smile. She offered excellent recommendations and we had conversation as if we're know each other for years. We started with a complimentary bruschetta, it was tasty and nicely flavored. I ordered the Tapas- Polpo Ala Plancha, Steak Yuca Frities and Crabmeat/shrimp tacos. Everything was fresh and bursting with flavor. The portion was perfect and the presentation was impeccable. Due 360 was quite a gem of an Argentine-Italian restaurant (interesting combo but it worked!). This place is going to be my "go to" dining spot. I highly recommend it and the experience is worth it.“

“If you haven’t tried this pizza yet....make it a point to do so! one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had ! Broccoli rabe and sausage was so flawless it made me cry!“

Experience - the online and telephone ordering is always good. I have also stopped in for breakfast over the years.

Service - the delivery service is always very good.

Food - the food is pretty good. The pizza is often better than the more well known competitors in the area.

“I have had the pizza truck at both a private event at my home, and at a school event through the PTO. At both events, I have gotten SUCH positive feedback - both for the pizza (the best in my and many other's opinions!) and for the friendliness of the staff. Even though it is made to order, they are so efficient and have such a great system, no one is waiting for an excessive amount of time for their fresh hot pizza!! Other people were very impressed with their gluten free options too. I can't say enough good things.“
