“Zappia's Cucina & Brick Oven Pizza is a hidden gem in Summit – family-owned since 1985, and it shows in every bite. I tried the Margherita pizza, and the brick-oven crust was perfectly crispy with that authentic wood-fired char, fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil that burst with flavor. Don't skip the garlic knots as an appetizer; they're fluffy and garlicky heaven. The staff is warm and attentive, and the modern indoor/outdoor setup makes it great for a casual dinner or takeout. Their catering menu sounds amazing for events too. If you're craving Italian done right, this is your spot!“

“These folks run a good business, and are good people, in our experience.
Experience - the online and telephone ordering is always good. I have also stopped in for breakfast over the years.
Service - the delivery service is always very good.
Food - the food is pretty good. The pizza is often better than the more well known competitors in the area.
Overall, given the quality experience, the value is good.“

“Amazing Pizza! New to the area and decided to stop in last night. Great experience, solid staff super friendly and welcoming. I had a table of 6 girls all under 12 and 4 adults no reservations and I was treated like family. Super clean upscale pizzeria that offered delicious dishes. Desserts were top of the line and did not disappoint. Looking forward to the next time! Thank you Pizza Vita we loved it xo

“My husband and I took our three grandchildren, 2,6,and 8 years old to Zappias Fri eve. With their open air front, we were able to hear the band playing in Lyric Park. So fun! We called ahead, and Claudia took our order. It was ready when the kids arrived, no stress with the wait. Pizza, chicken fingers and paninis with sauteed broccoli. Yum! The Zappia staff was very accommodating; it all worked so well. Thank you!“
