“We have gotten so far the pizza, fries, cheese whiz, wings and hoagies from Papa Luigi’s. The food is amazing and the best in the area. Every time we try something new here it doesn’t disappoint. By the way the hoagies are on par with the South Philly ones we’ve had!“

I took my cheesesteak and 2 grand dogs next door to Swedesboro Brewing Company. Swedesboro Brewing is kid and dog-friendly until 7 pm. Outside food is always welcome—more on them in a different post. The cheesesteak was a standard-ish pizza shop cheesesteak. The roll wasn’t going to hurt you. It had a decent amount of chopped meat. The onion pieces were big and raw-ish. They added a decent amount of flavor. I would have liked a slice or two more of cheese. Good stop, two nice little places.“

They let me order off the catering menu same day & we got a half tray of Chicken Parm, Shrimp Scampi Pizza, some Linguini w Blush Sauce (I added crab for an additional fee) & Gnocci with Pesto Cream. Let me tell you, every single thing was perfectly executed & delicious. My team felt so special, getting such great food for our gathering. Vesuvio's never disappoints!“

“Horrible. Delivered our pizza to the wrong house and tried to then give it to us. By this point, the pizza was 2 hours old. They then claimed they remade the order. We went to pick it up to find 2 hour old pizza. It was cold, cheese hardened and the taco shells on the Taco pizza soggy from sitting. Never again! Ill sooner eat the shingles from my roof!“

“I used America's Pie as the cater for my in laws 50th wedding anniversary. This place deserves 10 ⭐️. Mechele was great to work with! George the owner packaged our order and packed it so neat and loaded my car. My only regret is not taking pictures of the presentation. Food was delicious; presentation was straight out of a magazine presentation. The price so was reasonable- I almost feel like I robbed them for how good the food was and the price I paid. Easiest process from ordering to pick up. The guest at our party raved about the food. The desserts were so scrumptious everyone went for seconds! There isn't a bad thing I can say about this place-except that we got way too much food! I highly recommend them for your next party! You would be a fool to go anywhere else! Thank you America's Pie! “Finally stopped in after hearing good things about the pizza. It is a good pizza. Tight, thin crust with a good crisp. Flavor is on point. I would rate this pie a 7.7. I consider that to be a reputable score, as most DelCo pizza is in the 6's. I also got a cheesesteak. Also very good! Flavor of this steak is superb. Balanced amount of meat, cheese, onion. It's not huge, but this steak, an order of fries, and a drink, you will leave full. The staff are friendly, and everything looks clean. I mean, it is a shed basically. But a very clean shed. Lol. Prices are also very, very reasonable. Definitely worth a try!“

“I’m blown away. Seemingly nondescript pizza place in a strip mall. The staff is attentive and extremely nice. There’s not an empty seat in the house. About 12 tables all full. Chicken parm sandwich is delicious. Gem of a local spot where I hoped to get a quick bite.

One other thing about the staff is that there are a good number of special needs customers and elderly customers and the staff is accommodating and very sweet to all of them.“

I’m a southern transplant to the area due to my job and I have left behind many (delicious) southern food staples. Trying to find replacements in the area has been hard, to say the least. But when in doubt, there is always pizza! I accidentally stumbled across Emilio’s while searching for a place in DelCo to find a realllllly good pizza without having to travel across the Delaware into NJ. Emilio’s fits the bill. It’s not too thin, it’s not too thick, the sauce amount is just right and it’s crunchy and just tastes plain good. The plus to the pizza is that, the customer service is always top notch, but that may also be because I have had the pleasure to interact with Emilio himself each time? What a swell guy, and for a southerner living (sort of up north) here, finding a warm inviting smile and personable service seems to be a rarity (no offense to the locals, of course!). Anyway, TL;DR: Great tasty pizza, great customer service, AAA+++“

“After 32 years out of NJ pizza has been disappointing. So now that I am in NJ for work until July, my quest is to eat 2 slices of cheese pizza at every place the locals recommend. Today, it's Joe's, and they did not disappoint!!! Highly recommend to any visitor and other locals. The test of good pizza is the point folds off the plate and it leaves a nice red oily stain on the paper plate...both were spot perfect...the crust was perfect, the cheese was gooey and flavor top notch. if I work in the area tomorrow, it's calzone or stromboli!!“

“This Christmas Eve, I had the pleasure of dining at this Cicontes. The atmosphere was cozy and festive and our service was excellent. Their rolls are delicious, chewy and crusty with an olive oil dip. Dinners came with soup or salad. The salads were generous and fresh. The soup was a tasty large serving of Lentil soup. Everyone enjoyed their dinners. My Chicken Francese was so good! I was able to only eat half and save the rest for leftovers. Dessert was tasty as well, we tried the cannolis and ricotta cheesecake. Such a worthwhile place to enjoy a real meal. And don’t forget it’s BYOB! Looking forward to going back again!“

“A few months ago, I tried Linwood Pizza on a whim. Ever since my first order with them, I have been extremely impressed. They're delivery time is impeccable. Every single time they have quoted me a time frame, my order arrives in half the time. Whenever I have asked for a specific item added to my pizza, they accommodate that. The quality and the flavor of the pizza is phenomenal. It reminds me of a pizza shop that I used to frequent as a child, when I grew up in Aldan. The pizza is always fresh, hot, and full of flavor. “We’ve been going to this pizza shop for years, even before Alex took over. Alex has always been the friendly face that greets you when you walked in the door. He always says hello and asks how you are doing. On many occasions he will even tell you to grab yourself a 2 liter on your way out the door. No charge. Just an overall friendly guy and the pizza is delicious. Honestly, you will enjoy anything they make for you, and now if you have a taste for pizza and your hubby wants tacos, there’s no need to go anywhere else, he does it all. The girls he has working behind the counter and the other cooks are always lovely as well. A real neighborhood pizza joint.“
